  • Perfect snowbird nest, great layout, convenient to amenities

"This is our fifth year of snow-birding in Tucson, renting a different property each time. Quail Run is the first property that we are anxious to return to next year. It is appropriately furnished in Southwest decor, with some genuine antique furniture which made it very cozy. The beds were comfortable, and we used the nearby pool and workout facility nearly every day. The owners are great folks to work with, and accommodated our needs very graciously. It was clean and well-maintained, and the loft area was perfect for quilt-project work. Our daily walks included visits to Sabino Canyon recreation area. We entertained in the living/dining area, whose vaulted ceiling creates a spacious environment. We spent many afternoons reading on the sunny patio, soaking up the sunshine. We loved it!"

  • Elegant, Breathtaking and....Homey!

"This is a truly amazing and beautiful house. We had a family reunion and despite being awed by our spectacular surroundings, we had a wonderful time and felt very much at home. There is so much space, we kept getting lost at first. And the kids loved asking newcomers to find the 'secret' room and serving 'cocktails' in the bar. and everyone enjoyed the pool area. The pictures of the solarium do not do it justice. We had friends over one evening after the family had left, and they just wanted to hang out there. The view anytime of the day or night is incredible. We had a leak but the caretaker walked me through the steps on the phone to turn off the water and then showed up quickly. He had to come back the following day but brought his daughter to do the dishes we'd had to leave! There are some great restaurants and shopping and hiking very nearby, but really, we just wanted to hang out in the house. It was very hot while we were there and our only problem was that the A/C wasn't cooling in part of the downstairs bedroom area so it was really hard to sleep. But, our stay was economical because it was summer. Most people aren't crazy enough to travel to Tucson in the summer so it wouldn't be a problem. We're thinking of calling for another reunion just so we can return."

  • U of A Reunion

"Three friends and I, whom hadn't seen each other in over two decades, rented this house for an ad hoc reunion. We were so pleasantly surprised to arrive at this true desert oasis. David was fabulous to work with, and everything he advertised rang true and wonderful. The house is huge and we truly felt as if we were living the lives of rock stars with the beautiful pool area, gourmet kitchen and huge dining room. There truly are two master suites, and there was no lack of privacy. We couldn't have enjoyed the house or our time together more!"

  • A Perfect Winter Home Away from Home!

"Location, Views and Gracious Living describe this spacious and sun-filled home on a ridge top neighborhood. During the day you're treated to mountain views while night brings sparkling city lights and starlit skies. This spacious and comfortable home has beautiful furnishings, art and the best equipped kitchen in any rental we've had in 5 years. One quickly feels as if you are in a good friend's home yet enjoy quiet and privacy. The homeowner is friendly and responsive and uses prompt, courteous and competent people to care for her property in her absence. We were sad to leave and will be very happy to return."
