  • Enjoyed our stay!

"We had a wonderful time at this house. The beds were very comfortable, the house very livable and we loved the pool and hot tub area. We enjoyed using the nice gas grill while playing some bocce ball. We truly enjoyed the cool evenings sitting around the chimaera looking at the stars. Located in a neighborhood close to stores, restaurants, golf, tennis courts and parks with walking trails. Lots to do in the area. The owner was very quick getting back to us with any inquiries we had and his helper in Tucson answered any questions immediately.Would go again if given the chance."

  • Perfect place for some peace and solitude

"What an amazing stay. There are no negatives to Hacienda Tucson. Beautiful house, property.....Constance is incredibly attentive to every detail. If you love nature, this is the place to go. We will definitely return, we're only sorry we didn't stay longer."

  • Lovely Cottage and Lovely Hosts

"Bonnie and Steve have created a beautiful guest cottage. It made my business trip comfortable and very enjoyable. The kitchen has all that is needed to cook every meal (even some staples on hand to use, spices, oil, and fresh eggs as a gift!). The bed was much more comfortable than my own. I used the private patio area to exercise every morning in the fresh air. It is centrally located, but in a quiet area that is not on a busy street. The Casita Bonita is a true value and a gem of a find. I hope to visit again at some point."

  • So good, I came back for another stay!

"I originally stayed rented out the Hacienda Hideout while I was in grad school back in 2009, and I loved it so much that I promised myself I'd come back at some point. Although that was five years ago, I finally made it back, and I am still in love with this place. Even though I was an older student when I stayed here the first time, this place was/is like the ultimate getaway and is a great place to stay for weekend trips, a romantic getaway, or for the ultimate snowbirds. Each time I came home, I felt like I was escaping from the city! It is a cute little guest house on a ranch just yards away from the main house with stunning views of the mountains on the eastern and western sides. You are essentially surrounded by nature-- a saguaro and barrel cacti outside your window and depending on the season, you might see a fox, javelina, hummingbirds, deer, or owls in the yard! The house is a designed in a very traditional Southwestern style with polished concrete flooring, sturdy hardwood and quality leather furniture, authentic Southwestern decorations, and includes a washer and dryer! There is a back patio with an amazing view of the mountains and is great for breakfast and enjoying the sunsets. You don't want to miss out on this one! The location is perfect, too! It is also conveniently close to Gates Pass-- allowing easy access to watch the sun rise and set everyday if you wish along with the Saguaro National Park (west side), the Desert Museum, and old Tucson. Downtown is close by and there is a farmer's market along with several grocery stores nearby, as well. The landlords are amazing, too-- very down-to-earth, friendly, and accomodating people-- they go out of their way to make you feel at home. I asked if the guesthouse had a juicer, and they bought one! I have rented guesthouses all over the country, and I have to say that this place is my favorite of all. Trust me on this one, folks-- you don't want to miss out!"
