"My husband and I had a very comfortable, 4-night stay. The support we received before, during, and after our stay was superb. Our hosts were hospitable and very helpful. The house is wonderfully appointed. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to all the downtown restaurants as well as the streetcar which proved to be a fast, convenient, and inexpensive method of transportation to the U of A."

"The house is on the east side of the city on gorgeous property called Ventana Canyon. You could spend a few days just walking/hiking around the property and see many things, including small red bats flying around at sunset!!! We also saw a family of Javelina one night leaving to go to dinner.
The house is located high up on the side of the mountain and is actually built into the side of the mountain! We assumed this is what kept the pool quite cool!!! even in over 105 degree temps.
Very clean, spacious, light, bright, filled with everything you could want should you decide to purchase some groceries and cook a full meal. It is also within minutes of fine dining and other restaurants. It is a definitely a dream home.
We had a hard time leaving actually and thought about the gorgeous scenery for days. Bathrooms are fully stocked and equipped with everything from shampoo to liquid hand soap. Simply staying put outside on the wrap around balcony, the front balcony or by the pool was enough for us, although we did have many great meals and went sightseeing. Lots to do in a small city like Tucson. Thank you Jason for everything. We will definitely be back!!!"

"This property is exactly what you see in the pictures! It is amazing to sit on the patio in back that is overlooking the 7th tee. Mountains are seen looking to the left and everything is there that you need. It is beautifully decorated and quite a pleasant place to stay. The beds are very comfortable for sleeping and having a bad back and hip I never had a problem while there. Good supply of cooking utensils as well.
The exercise room, pool and hot tub were used frequently. You will enjoy and not be sorry when you rent the property. We thought at first we were in the middle of no where but everything is so close the location is great and in between Phoenix and Tucson.
We left some brochures/magazines on places to go and places to see when leaving, but there is a tourist information center (doesn't look like much) but turn right out of the gated community and head straight for a little bit (before stop signs) trailer on right by deserted building. All kinds of information to be had in that little space. Things to do, places to go. Tucson and Phoenix are about an hour away. Be prepared for the driving in Phoenix - we didn't like it but some others may find it ok. We by-passed Phoenix coming back going 101 til it ended and cut over. We took the scenic route to Apache Junction through Chandler and that was a change of pace. We prefer Tucson over Phoenix where it's not as congested and/or stop and go.
It's only 10 minutes to Casa Grande where we did our grocery shopping and other types of shopping.
San Miguel Golf Course is a very nice course and they have a delicious San Miquel salad that is a must to try if you like salads. Also the Friday night fish (AYCE) is scrumptious. We go for fish quite regularly here in WI and their fish is the best I've had in a long time.
Gary and Anita are awesome owners! We met them at their house and Gary took us down to the property. We had dinner with them one night and breakfast/brunch with them another. They are very cordial and likable people. You cannot go wrong with this property. We would go back in a heartbeat and hope to at some point.
We just happen to luck out! AND happy we did!"
