  • Better than pictures

"I've been to plenty of places after seeing terrific photos online only to be disappointed, i was pleasantly surprised with this amazing home to learn that the pictures (while amazing) pale in comparison to the actual experience - the views on both sides are incredible, the home itself is spectacular, the amenities were great - we truly enjoyed eating in almost every meal!"

  • Fabulous experience

"My wife and I stayed at this property for the month of October 2014. It was all that we had been promised, and then some. Jim and Leslie make your stay extremely comfortable and rewarding. Their home is decorated beautifully and the views from the backyard are superior. Having a golf cart available is icing on the cake. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in the mountain area north of Tucson. Great job!"

  • Excellent Place to Stay - Awesome Owners

"This property is exactly what you see in the pictures! It is amazing to sit on the patio in back that is overlooking the 7th tee. Mountains are seen looking to the left and everything is there that you need. It is beautifully decorated and quite a pleasant place to stay. The beds are very comfortable for sleeping and having a bad back and hip I never had a problem while there. Good supply of cooking utensils as well. The exercise room, pool and hot tub were used frequently. You will enjoy and not be sorry when you rent the property. We thought at first we were in the middle of no where but everything is so close the location is great and in between Phoenix and Tucson. We left some brochures/magazines on places to go and places to see when leaving, but there is a tourist information center (doesn't look like much) but turn right out of the gated community and head straight for a little bit (before stop signs) trailer on right by deserted building. All kinds of information to be had in that little space. Things to do, places to go. Tucson and Phoenix are about an hour away. Be prepared for the driving in Phoenix - we didn't like it but some others may find it ok. We by-passed Phoenix coming back going 101 til it ended and cut over. We took the scenic route to Apache Junction through Chandler and that was a change of pace. We prefer Tucson over Phoenix where it's not as congested and/or stop and go. It's only 10 minutes to Casa Grande where we did our grocery shopping and other types of shopping. San Miguel Golf Course is a very nice course and they have a delicious San Miquel salad that is a must to try if you like salads. Also the Friday night fish (AYCE) is scrumptious. We go for fish quite regularly here in WI and their fish is the best I've had in a long time. Gary and Anita are awesome owners! We met them at their house and Gary took us down to the property. We had dinner with them one night and breakfast/brunch with them another. They are very cordial and likable people. You cannot go wrong with this property. We would go back in a heartbeat and hope to at some point. We just happen to luck out! AND happy we did!"

  • Very relaxing and inviting

"This house is in a convenient, lovely area and is very comfortable, very clean and inviting. The pool and pool area are very nice and relaxing. Mike had all we needed and more - dishes, towels, condiments, even a coffee grinder! Oh, and there were lots of books. Didn't watch the videos, but enough channels on tv. Mike was easily accessible when I had a few questions (no problems at all - just couldn't find the portacrib which was in the closet, and asked if we could check in earlier). He even gave us a good recommendation for seafood that was close by. We all (husband, adult children and 20 month old granddaughter) were very comfortable and so glad we stayed here. I would highly recommend this house. Thank you, Mike! If we are in Tucson again, we hope your home will be available."
