  • Paradise in Green Valley

"My husband and I just spent the month of January at this 'casita' and loved every minute of it. The weather for the month of January was about 10 degrees above average for the whole month helped make it even better. The view is unbelievable at all times of the day. The owners were very helpful, the place was clean and had everything you needed to just move in and start enjoying it, the bed was comfortable and the recliner chair was great. This was our first time in taking a full month away from our home and we couldn't have chosen a better place to be. The people in this area were so friendly, everyone seems to be happy here, and so quiet. We commented on that just about everyday. Thank you Bob and Carolyn for our first experience of 'snowbirding'. We did most of our eating at the casita, but if you want a great sandwich the Del Sol Cafe was the best and it's within walking distance. We either walked or rode our bikes everyday right from the place. It was perfect. The only thing that I had a problem with was the loveseat. I'm 4'10" and it was even too small for me."

  • So good, I came back for another stay!

"I originally stayed rented out the Hacienda Hideout while I was in grad school back in 2009, and I loved it so much that I promised myself I'd come back at some point. Although that was five years ago, I finally made it back, and I am still in love with this place. Even though I was an older student when I stayed here the first time, this place was/is like the ultimate getaway and is a great place to stay for weekend trips, a romantic getaway, or for the ultimate snowbirds. Each time I came home, I felt like I was escaping from the city! It is a cute little guest house on a ranch just yards away from the main house with stunning views of the mountains on the eastern and western sides. You are essentially surrounded by nature-- a saguaro and barrel cacti outside your window and depending on the season, you might see a fox, javelina, hummingbirds, deer, or owls in the yard! The house is a designed in a very traditional Southwestern style with polished concrete flooring, sturdy hardwood and quality leather furniture, authentic Southwestern decorations, and includes a washer and dryer! There is a back patio with an amazing view of the mountains and is great for breakfast and enjoying the sunsets. You don't want to miss out on this one! The location is perfect, too! It is also conveniently close to Gates Pass-- allowing easy access to watch the sun rise and set everyday if you wish along with the Saguaro National Park (west side), the Desert Museum, and old Tucson. Downtown is close by and there is a farmer's market along with several grocery stores nearby, as well. The landlords are amazing, too-- very down-to-earth, friendly, and accomodating people-- they go out of their way to make you feel at home. I asked if the guesthouse had a juicer, and they bought one! I have rented guesthouses all over the country, and I have to say that this place is my favorite of all. Trust me on this one, folks-- you don't want to miss out!"

Tucson & Southern Arizona Travel Tips

Use Tucson Vacation Rental Homes as a Place to Rest Your Head

Vacations don't have to be a time that is devoted to relaxation and rest. Instead, vacations can be about experiencing wild, in-the-moment events that only happen once in a life time. There are many wild and fun experiences located around the various Southern Arizona vacation rentals. There is so much to do that you'll just want to enter one of the Tucson vacation rental homes and rest your head before doing it all over again. You only live once so why not experience the wild side of the area near Tucson vacation rental homes.

Experience the Wild Wild West Movie Style

The Arizona desert was a very popular location for many studios to shoot western movies. A short ride from the Tucson condos is a tourist attraction known as the Old Tucson Studios which is a wild west studio set that allows visitors to be able to experience the western film set in person. We've all at one point in time dreamed of walking into a ghost village and now is your chance to be able to walk down the deserted streets of a ghost village by visiting the Tucson Studios location.

The Wild Adventurous Side of Tucson

The wild adventurous side of Tucson really comes out with the Black Diamond Hummer Tours. These Hummer tours allow people to experience the wild, back roads of the Tucson area. Located in a remote area that is just a side trip away from the Tucson condos, these tours will allow you to really let your wild side go and head out through the desert area of Tucson. No where else can you experience the rolling hills and desert area than with the Black Diamond Hummer Tours. You'll never look at the Tucson area the same again!
