  • Worth your money

"The apartment is in mint condition, the surrounding complex is very well kept, the proximity to the Sabino Canyon makes it attractive to hikers, runners and bikers and finally, the owner Karine is doing a very professional job. We can only highly recommend it."

  • Spectacular

"This was truly a spectacular home. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, with luxury linens and high-end, comfortable furniture. There was a beautiful view of the sunrise, sunset and city lights from the back patio. Two of the six people in our group played golf at two different Desert Mountain golf courses and each course was amazing. All six of us hiked on the trails in Desert Mountain which were conveniently located nearby. The owner was easy to work with and there were no surprises. Everything about the home exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this home to anyone."

  • How do I begin to describe the breath-taking beauty of this home?

"Last July, my husband and I visited Sedona for a week's get away. Every day we kept saying "the kids would love this...the kids would love that" so we began planning our next visit to Sedona with the entire family (2 parents, 4 adult children, and their boy/girlfriends- ages 19-53...10 people in all). We all wanted to play together, eat together, hike together, just be together. When I found this amazing place to stay, I knew it was perfect for this vacation. I would never have wanted to have our family all spread out in hotel rooms. If that was the only option, we may not have traveled back to Sedona. We are forever grateful to Todd for sharing his home which was incredibly intimate yet enough space for everyone to spread out. When we all bounced out of our large van, dusty from the ride in, and entered the house, we all stopped and marveled at the expansive living space that was the living room, dining room, and kitchen all open to each other with an incredible view out to the pool deck and gorgeous view of the red rock mountains. We peeked around each corner of the house, giddy with excitement, and what we found was astounding. The entire house was immaculate. The bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine. The master bedroom/bathroom had spectacular views of the mountains. Three other bedrooms were located on the main floor and one additional bedroom had a nice amount of privacy above the garage. The kitchen and pool deck (which seemed all one with the doors that slid completely open) was where we all gathered in the morning to drink our coffee and tea. Once we decided on what the plans were for the day (Jeep tour, Grand Canyon, Hiking the Bell Rock, to Devil's Bridge and Slide Rock, ATV exploring, shopping in town, or just hanging by the pool), we piled into the van for our adventures. After incredible days enjoying what Sedona has to offer, we would all gather around the fire pit for great food, champagne and S'mores (I must mention that my son asked his girlfriend to marry him on the top of Carousel Rock...and she said YES!). We all enjoyed hours of pool, ping-pong, darts, basketball, shuffle board, horseshoes, bocce ball, and soaking our weary bones in the hot tub after miles of hikes and bumpy ATV rides. Todd was a remarkable host...always available to answer questions or direct us to our next adventure! I would recommend this flawless, breathtaking home for your trip to Sedona. We had the time of our lives and will hold this trip in our hearts forever!"
