"I rented the property because it give a total guest number of up to 20. My sisters, sister-in-law and daughters and daughters-in-law were coming to the area for a 2 night girls weekend. The plan was to go to Eureka Springs for the weekend. We needed something that was affordable as we were splitting the cost. The lake house was clean, big enough that we weren't on top of each other. The fact there was a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and appliances helped with cost also...we were able to cook instead of eating out every meal. I do believe that I will be a repeat cusomer of Beaver Lake Vacation Rentals."

"We stayed 3 nights at Verlos cabin. My husband, myself, my 11 year old daughter, and 16 year old son found that the cabin/home felt like home. The kitchen had everything needed and the living room was big enough for us to relax in. There is "cable" but when you get there you find out they get very limited channels there at the lake so that's a bit deceiving...but who goes to the lake to watch tv anyway? The bathrooms are nice size, though the shower heads are a bit low and low pressure, we aren't overly tall so it was fine. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. The walk down to the lake is nicely paved with rocks, the walk back up was fine for us but an older person would need to take it slow. We never even got a nibble on our line but maybe it was too early in the season. The short stop did not have any unlocked wifi as it states, but we had cell phone service the entire time we stayed and explored AR. We went to Eureka Springs (about 45 min away), we also went to Pea Ridge National Park, Turpentine Refuge, and War Eagle Cavern. There were two cabins very close next door and it would be fun to have friends rent one of those and have a real fun time together."

"First of all Karen who manages the property is outstanding. She is quite informative of the area and very detailed in explaining what we needed to do since we would be a VERY late arrival. This is a great house and has a wonderful view of the lake. It is cold in the winter and we brought extra blankets. Very toasty up stairs and much cooler down stairs but nothing we did not plan for and we slept like rocks. The beds were super comfortable. The house is fully stocked right down to board games and a fishing pole. The kitchen has every dish you could ever need and a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Our budget savings was phenomenal since we could cook right there. Though I don't travel with pets, this is a pet friendly place. So if you have allergies request one of their places that are pet free. I will stay there again."

"We have a great time for the 6 boys. We used Don Andreason Beaver Fever Guides for a striper fishing trip (it's about 10 minutes up the road) and this house was perfect for us. Everything is just as it looks in the pictures... gorgeous lake view and a great place to watch a serious lightning storm! Thanks to the hosts!"
