"I rented the property because it give a total guest number of up to 20. My sisters, sister-in-law and daughters and daughters-in-law were coming to the area for a 2 night girls weekend. The plan was to go to Eureka Springs for the weekend. We needed something that was affordable as we were splitting the cost. The lake house was clean, big enough that we weren't on top of each other. The fact there was a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and appliances helped with cost also...we were able to cook instead of eating out every meal. I do believe that I will be a repeat cusomer of Beaver Lake Vacation Rentals."

"My wife and I stayed here for the 2015 Bikes, Blues & BBQ Motorcycle Rally along with another couple. What a great place to come back to every evening. So peaceful sitting out on the back deck and looking at the lake while eating dinner. The hot tub was nice as well. All the convienence of home. I would recommend though that if you are traveling here by motorcycle the trip is not for the novice rider. The twists and turns on the hard top are challenging. You'll also see a lot of deer and other wildlife. Will definitely stay here again"

"We have been going to this same property for 18 years and it never fails to please. Whether sitting out on the upstairs deck enjoying the wildlife, or on the covered deck in the evening you feel like you have the lake to yourself! There was heavy rain one night and the covered deck was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the sounds. I love that the property has direct access to the lake and is across from the yacht club. Watching sail boats come in and out gracefully from the large dock is so relaxing. Fishing and water sports are at your fingertips - Ron and Carolyn (owners) are available for recommendation on places to eat or shop nearby. The house is equipped with 3 living areas & every kitchen amenity you could imagine. I highly recommend!"

"We stayed 3 nights at Verlos cabin. My husband, myself, my 11 year old daughter, and 16 year old son found that the cabin/home felt like home. The kitchen had everything needed and the living room was big enough for us to relax in. There is "cable" but when you get there you find out they get very limited channels there at the lake so that's a bit deceiving...but who goes to the lake to watch tv anyway? The bathrooms are nice size, though the shower heads are a bit low and low pressure, we aren't overly tall so it was fine. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. The walk down to the lake is nicely paved with rocks, the walk back up was fine for us but an older person would need to take it slow. We never even got a nibble on our line but maybe it was too early in the season. The short stop did not have any unlocked wifi as it states, but we had cell phone service the entire time we stayed and explored AR. We went to Eureka Springs (about 45 min away), we also went to Pea Ridge National Park, Turpentine Refuge, and War Eagle Cavern. There were two cabins very close next door and it would be fun to have friends rent one of those and have a real fun time together."
