"We were excited to spend the week in August in Hot Springs Village and your home. We immediately rushed to the Arkansas Room to look at the view from the back of the house and were not disappointed! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed and more, especially the kitchen. The neighbors were so friendly as was everyone we had contact with during our week-long stay. On two occasions we ate at Tanners at the Granada Golf club and the food was excellent! We had no difficulty in finding our way around the Village from the location of the house and particularly enjoyed the mountain and lake views from the overlook which is past the water tower! Only thing, the grill was not suitable to use and the deck really needed some special care in order to enjoy. Would highly recommend this home and thank you, Beth, for making it available to us."

"Another great 3 day weekend at this condo. We just love it and the view is wonderful in winter and summer. It was the beginning of Oaklawn racing season-no problem with traffic or access to any restaurants. I highly recommend you stay here when in Hot Springs. Owners are wonderful and keep the condo in great condition. April even has lots of candy on board which was greatly appreciated! Thanks April for another great weekend!"

"Our family reunion was a great success. The DeSoto House worked really well as the central gathering place. All together we had 25 people. About half stayed at the house. The overflow was handled with a couple of nearby condos and HSV residents. The downstairs bedrooms work well for children to sleep while the party roared on upstairs.
HSV is near where we grew up; so we had several family friends in the area drop by.
The children and young adults enjoyed swimming, kayaking, fishing in lake DeSoto. And, found other attractions nearby -- The Mid-America Science Museum in Hot Springs, The Altitude Trampoline Park in Little Rock, The Coleman Mine Zip Line, and boating on Lake Balboa."
