"We stayed here with another family and it was perfect for our needs(4 adults and 4 teenage children). The downstairs living area was just right for everyone to relax and watch TV at the end of a long day. We really enjoyed having the covered pavilion with picnic tables and the grill. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. It was nice being at the end of a dead end road very private. The grounds were nicely kept. Although the river was high, we caught fish and enjoyed the view of the river. The owners were very quick to answer our texts and gave great directions on getting there. We recommend this house highly."

"This cabin is a wonderful rustic cabin just a few miles out of town. (Rogers) The cabin is quite large and well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. This home has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking home cooked meals for a large group, an abundance of blankets, bedding, and towels, and even toys and games for the kids. When we arrived, the cabin was very clean. My kids had a great time and it was very peaceful and quiet. The owners were fabulous to work with. We booked this home on short notice and and they went out of their way to accommodate us. One additional note-I have to recommend that if you stay at this cabin you must eat at Monte Ne Chicken just down the road. Best fried chicken in Arkansas!"

"There is enough space for 18 - 20 people. Kitchen is a little small for the size of the house. Nice view from the two balconies (Yes, there are two balconies).
The place is easy enough to find. It is not a resort, but the neighborhood was calm and peaceful enough. The place is near the beaver dam. We had a good time. They had everything they promised. There were plenty of bed sheets, pillows vacuum cleaners, utensils, cleaning supplies etc. there was a gas grill. There were many TVs - not many channels. too bad they don't have a pool / table tennis table."

"We stayed for a mini family reunion with our daughters and grandchildren. It is larger than the pictures show. My husband and I stayed in the cottage and our daughter and her husband and children stayed in the bunkhouse. Our other daughter and her husband camped at Devils Fork. The children loved the swimming even though the water has been high. We had a fish fry one day. More than enough room for 11 people to eat and enjoy theirselves. The greatest surprise was the little games for children. There were puzzles and games that took not only my thiry something daughters back in time but also their fifty something mother also. We enjoyed family time. Walking to the lake for excercise. The boys enjoyed the basketball court across the way. We had a squirrel visit us on the porch swing. Everything that you ever needed was supplied. I am sorry one of my son-in-laws broke a coffee cup, but I replaced it with 2 more.We definitely will stay here again. We have also told several of our friends where to stay. Nice to have seperate but close quarters for 2 families. Thank you again."
