"We really enjoyed our stay at the White River. This cabin is a little off the beaten path but quite and secluded.
The owner was very kind to call before our departure and provided some extra essentials. We will be planning another trip in the Fall. Outstanding fishing! Trout were abundant...."

"Very nicely decorated and warm feeling. Had seven family members and had plenty of room. Nice location and everyone was very accommodating and laid back which made for an enjoyable get away vacation. Kitchen had pots and pans with utensils, games for the kids, very well thought out. The cats are comical and my entire family enjoyed playing with Spicey and most aren't even cat lovers."

"We stayed here for a week in October and enjoyed it. The king bed was very comfortable and having the lake just steps from the back deck was divine. Being on the point means the neighbors are behind you. I spent time on the deck every evening just to savor the serenity, the reflections of lights on the lake and seeing all the stars in the sky. We didn't really do any cooking in the house but the kitchen was well-stocked if we had wanted to do so. The recliners in the living room meant we could prop up our feet while watching tv; I dozed off a time or two in the comfy chair. Liked that the property is level with a few steps into the front of the house and the same on the back deck. Would have made use of the fire pit in the back yard on a few chilly evenings but there was a burn ban in effect in most of the state due to very dry conditions. Hot Springs is just minutes away; we enjoyed taking the scenic drives in the national park with the views overlooking parts of the city. Visited the Buckstaff bathhouse for the bathing experience and massage; left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Took a lake cruise on the Belle of Hot Springs; fantastic views with beautiful lake homes everywhere you look. Also visited Lake Quachita State Park which is only about 15 minutes or so from the house.
I highly recommend this property; if we return again for another visit to Hot Springs, I would happily stay here again."
