  • The Twenty Somethings Birthday

"I took my son and some of his friends there for the weekend for his 25th birthday. Everyone had a blast. The cottage and bunkhouse were cozy and comfortable. Just a short walk to the water front for boating and swimming. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of sleeping space and nice and cool, since this was the hottest weekend so far this year. Thanks for sharing your home away from home."

  • family get-away

"This cabin is so nice and comfortable. Lots of room. Nice get-away. Secluded but yet only 2 minutes from town. My family spent our vacation here and would definitely rent this cabin again. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating."

  • Perfect for our Group!

"I stayed in this house for a retreat. It was as beautiful as the listing photos. The scenery was wonderful, and was so peaceful. The house was spotless and served our needs very well. Mr Bob was terrific and very helpful, and polite. He also has a wonderful personality! I would love to come back again, someday. I will definitely refer this property to others."

  • The cabin

"This place was just what we were looking for. We wanted to get away and fish on our vacation and we found the best place for it. We took the boat out on the water and it was nice and peaceful. Saw a deer while we were out and about. The cabin was very tidy and very enjoyable when we were not out by the water. The towns were close enough to get any supplies we needed and had plenty options for food in the area. We would definately recommend this place if your looking for peace and quiet."

Greers Ferry Travel Tips

Enjoy Greers Ferry Vacation Rentals on the Lake

Greers Ferry Lake is 50 miles long with 343 miles of shoreline. This 40,000-acre clean mountain lake is the perfect vacation destination for scuba diving, sailing, boating, and fishing. Bring your boat with you, or rent one from the Fairfield Bay Marina, where you can rent ski boats and skis, wave runners, party barges, and even houseboats. Your Greers Ferry Lake vacation doesn’t end there, however. Look for sightseeing trips, wakeboarding and parasailing lessons, and dinner cruises near Greers Ferry vacation rentals.

Stay in Greers Ferry Cabins for World Class Fishing

World class fishing at Greers Ferry Lake isn’t some exaggerated fishing tale. Three world-record game fish have been caught in Greers Ferry Lake: the Walleye (22 lb 11oz), Hybrid Striped Bass (27 lb 5 oz), and German Brown Trout (40 lb 4 oz). You can attempt to set your own world record when you stay in Greers Ferry cabins you find at VRBO.com. Just walk out your back door and onto the lake to enjoy fishing anytime. If you’re not an expert, consult with one of the fishing guides in the area for tips.

Enjoy Day Trips to Locations near Greers Ferry Lake Vacation Homes

President John F. Kennedy’s last public dedication was the Greers Ferry Lake Dam, which provides a beautiful view overlooking the lake. You may also want to visit the William Carl Garner Visitors Center and Trout Hatchery in neighboring Cleburne County. Riding the ferry to Sugarloaf Mountain is also a lot of fun. It’s an island in the middle of Greers Ferry Lake, and it’s only available by boat. Climb to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain for breathtaking views, lush scenery and amazing cliffs. The Arkansas Ozarks is a beautiful vacation destination, and Greers Ferry Lake offers great lodging options.
