  • Nice and quiet

"An exceptionally clean and comfortable two bedroom condo in the mountains of Lake Ouachita ... part of the Mountain Harbor resort. Very quiet. Almost no other guests anywhere around. Full kitchen with an array of utensils. Wi-Fi was nice and a robust cable TV lineup as well. We enjoyed the deck and charcoal grill. Also had delicious meals in the lodge not far away. Deer wandered by during the dust and evening hours. Very nice walks with the pets. And, it was cool and dry. A nice escape from our Texas heat."

  • The much needed weekend getaway!

"We had a wonderful weekend in your condo! It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and everything we needed was at our fingertips. The photos are accurate but don't capture the feeling you get when you walk in for the first time. I felt like I was walking in a home away from home. They have a great selection of movies and games. The back porch was wonderful...I spent most of my extra time on the porch swing. The lodge personnel were very welcoming and were there for us if we needed anything. Be sure to book an appointment at the Turtle Cove Spa. I had one of the best massages I've ever had! Ask for John!! The resort has three pools to choose from with lounge areas. We had dinner and breakfast in the resort lodge and both were very delicious! The breakfast portions were huge! Best pancakes ever! If you have the time, be sure to rent a party barge and hang out on the lake. The boat we rented was super nice and big (they provide life jackets for each boat rider)! The kids loved it, and the lake and surrounding areas were stunning! The only bad thing about our stay is that it ended too quickly."

  • Lovely Cabin

"We had a fantastic time during our stay! The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were spacious, and the porch was fantastic! Everything was clean and orderly and contact with the owner was easy and relaxed. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to Lake Ouachita...we had fun exploring many hiking trails! WEAR BUG SPRAY if you go...lots of ticks and chiggers during this of the year! Hot Springs is close too, and a welcome spot to visit after a few days of hiking and sore bodies!"

  • Excellent condo and location

"This is our second year in a row to pick this unit. Park your boat very close to unit. Great view and lots of wildlife to see from your large deck. Does not get any better."
