  • All as promised!

"Our family of four, two adults and two twenties, had a great time! Caught trout from the dock, caught pan fish from the pond, hiked, and just relaxed on the porch. Made dinner and breakfast every day in the well-stocked kitchen. Local people were very friendly. Beautiful property and plenty of land around it to take walks every day."

  • Great room and accomodating hosts

"We are frequent visitors to Eureka and have stayed in many of the hotels in town...Basin Park, Flatiron Flats, New Orleans, Rogue's Manor. This condo was very nice. We enjoyed sitting out on our deck, we loved the cleanliness and the newness of the room and the furnishings. The bottled water and the snacks were a nice touch too. The ONLY drawback to me was the long walk to the center of town. It IS walking distance, so you can park and walk, which we did, and if you leave by late morning, you can get parking all day for just $5 so it's not a big deal. In fact, it's worth it for the savings over the price of the hotels that compare in quality to the condo. We were in #9, and I was concerned bc people complained about the size, but we found it to be comparable to a hotel room, and had no complaints. We would certainly recommend it to others and would stay again."

  • Lovely, quaint little cottage

"My husband and I went to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. I will admit that January is not a good time to travel to Eureka Springs if you are the kind of person who likes to do a whole bunch of stuff on vacation. We both actually were kinda sick and just wanted to lounge around. Meringue Cottage is very nice for that. The decor is simple but lovely!! I fell in love with the cottage, actually. It is a very sweet couple's retreat spot that I would love to visit again. VERY clean. Tim is a very kind man and quite polite. We enjoyed our stay, even though somewhat ill, at the cottage. The bed was very comfortable, although we were a little warm. It was simply...PERFECT."

  • Great Seclusion

"My boyfriend and I and our two dogs stayed here for a weekend getaway over the new year holiday. We enjoyed the drive to the cabin off of the main road. We spent every morning walking around the lake with the dogs. It's truly beautiful. We had everything we needed in the cabin. This isn't so much a negative, but more of a note to be made aware of, but it's a bit of a drive into the town. This was fine for us because we didn't have any set plans. If we ever make our way back to Eureka Springs, this is without a doubt where we will stay."
