  • Great condo!

"My husband and two small children stayed at this condo over 4th of July and had a wonderful visit! The condo was in walking distance to everything Fayetteville has to offer. It was so refreshing to load the kids up in the stroller and walk everywhere - to the farmers market, Wilson park, restaurants, library, etc. The condo can be loud at night but the owners provided really great noise machines and both my kids slept fine. Washer and dryer was a plus with small children. Only thing I wished it had was a dining room table but that is very specific to our family. It was a great place and we will be back."

"We have rented from this owner for 4 years straight. This is our first time in this particular house. This home is as described. There were 5 couples in our party. We had plenty of room. We were there for the horse races. This home had easy access and was close to all the things we wanted to do. As usual the owner was very attentive to our needs and welcoming. We will continue to rent from this owner. We have always had good experiences."

"As this is our third stay in Flyfish Inn, it feels like our Little Red River home. We stayed for a week and loved every minute. Walking down to great flyfishing waters from the house is perfect. But when not fishing sitting on the comfortable porch enjoying the views and nature is just extra benefits. Lea adds my favorite touch- wildflower arrangement on the porch and in the house. We have driven all around Heber and looked at different places but no longer. This is the perfect place for a vacation!"

  • Norfork Fishing

"Having has a long career in the travel business I am very critical of brochures, descriptions and even photos. While driving around on a previous visit to ths area I had seen this property and thought "how nice"! When a friend from NC said fishing in this area was high on her bucket list I immediately knew where we should stay. Arkansas is the "Natural State" and rightfully so. This is a relatively remote area with great natural resources. The house is wonderful!!! Very open with kitchen, dining, living all framed by two large windows facing the White River. A large deck partially covered. The king bedroom with ensuite bath opens onto the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and also a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom. Large closets. And the second bath just outside the door. Even a laundry room with washer and dryer...really great when you are fishing. You can find less expensive accommodations but not a better value. The property is three miles off the highway. From the turn off it's five miles to Norfork. We had one rain day and enjoyed the house and watching wildlife. Due to high water we did not get to experience fishing at the house...and we really preferred a guide! Try tworiversflyshop.com And the fishing was great. My friend caught a 20" brown! Nice. The property and grounds were very clean and well kept. It was a pleasure to deal with the owners from the beginning. We had lots of questions and answers were prompt, accurate and with concern for our enjoyment. "Dining" is limited and you might check to see which days restaurants below serve lunch and/or dinner. PJs Lodge - Restaurant Next door - rooms here are very, very small. Brooksfalls Restaurant Toward Calico Rock Heidi's Ugly Cakes At Two Rivers Fly Shop Great sandwiches Norfork Cafe Breakfast and open till about 1:30pm There is another restaurant in Calico Rock. Mt Home is the next "large" town if you must have fast food. Coming or going don't miss Blanchard Springs Caverns. They are beautiful and handicap friendly. Check for tour times. Good fishing to you!!!"
