  • Awesome get away!

"My wife and I rented the yellow condo for the weekend and we loved everything about our stay. The decor was very cozy, relaxing and inviting. Just walking in made us happy! The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils and all the little things we needed to make meals. The bed was very comfortable and the living room was an awesome place to sit, relax and enjoy the great view of the lake. We really enjoyed the fact that this condo feels like it is off the beaten path, but is very closely located to places like Walmart, gas stations and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hot Springs. We cant wait to come back!"

  • Wonderful Fall Getaway

"I'm happy to join the long list of satisfied guests that have visited this amazing cabin in the woods! Our stay could not have been more pleasant, as it was well appointed with everything you could possibly need to enjoy yourself and relax. We basically pulled up, unloaded our cooler of food and beverages into the refrigerator and we were ready to kick back. We had some nice weather and were able to enjoy the fire pit, the canoe and kayaks and breakfast on the back porch --- coffee and Belgian waffles with a view of the lake down the hill. There's cable/dish TV and wifi, so we streamed music through our phone and were able to watch the Kansas City Royals playoff action while we grilled on Sunday evening. The only time we left the cabin was to grab some groceries and to visit the Crystal Bridges Art Museum in Bentonville, which is about 20-30 minutes away. The cabin is beautifully rustic, and the living room furniture has been replaced since the photos on this site were taken. We sat in nice leather recliners in front of the fireplace and watched the flames flicker while we enjoyed our morning coffee. The bathroom has ample hot water and plenty of clean towels. Each bedroom was cozy and comfortable. And there were plenty of board games, DVDs, etc to keep you busy after dark. I'd be hard pressed to find anything that I would change about this experience, including the two friends from college (20+ years ago) that I shared it with and don't get to see enough of anymore. It was a great place to unwind, catch up, sleep in, and revitalize. Hopefully, I'll have a chance to go back again soon. Maybe with other friends wanting to get away and enjoy what nature has to offer. Or maybe the three of us will keep this place to ourselves! Thanks again, Ryan and Casey. Your meticulous attention to detail and love of this place is apparent and appreciated."

  • Classy and Unique Alternative

"We have been coming to Hot Springs for 20+ years and have stayed at a wide variety of places. This one rates highly and is in a category by itself, as well as one of three VERY unique properties we have stayed in out of a couple dozen or so. We spent much more time downtown than we have in the past. Our group included shoppers, walkers, hikers and trail runners. All enjoyed their pursuits. I ran the trails on the West Mountain and would enjoy living in that neighborhood to do it daily if I could. We ate out in a couple of the restaurants down the block. What a pleasure to walk to dinner, stroll the spa row after, grab a drink, and then settle into the comfortable apartment. And comfortable it is. All the beds were excellent. The layout lends itself to privacy and plenty of rest. The furnishings and décor are as advertised and very interesting. We had all the necessary amenities and very much enjoyed it. A couple issues: the internet is anything but high speed, and it is difficult (if not impossible) for the elderly to get in and out. But we were able to work around both those and would recommend the property to anyone else who can."

  • Best spot on the river

"My friends and I had a fantastic time at the cabin. The best fishing on the entire river was the stretch that was right in front of the cabin. When we arrived, the groundskeeper asked us if there was anything he could do for us before leaving us to enjoy the place, and offered up some fishing advice and local knowledge of the area. Very nice guy! Everything we needed was there, including the beautiful views. Will absolutely be visiting again. The only drawback was the bugs (to be expected in the summer) on the patio which could easily be solved with a fan or some sort of screen/deterrent. Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy this place!"
