"We surprised family for a graduation celebration weekend in Bull Shoals and were on-the-go during our stay. By the end of the weekend, we wished there had been more time to spend at “home”, on the deck, enjoying the serene and relaxing setting; hence, a return visit is already in the works. Thank you for sharing your home, it is absolutely incredible."

  • Trout house stay

"We found this house on the VRBO web site and it was recommended by our guide , Donald Cranor , as well . The house is excellent for fishing . If you bring your own boat you can launch at the house. The house itself is comfortable ,warm and looks the part of a vacation get away. The kitchen had everything that we needed and then some. Beds were as comfortable as those at home. This house would satisfy any one whoes needs for beds matches the houses offering . I don't think you would be disappointed. I made the call for the whole group without their I put and got "ata boys " from all for my choice of this house! Thanks Kathy for providing such a neat facility . VRBO is the place to look anytime you are going to a new or familiar fun destination . We're glad we did !!"

  • Location - location - locaation

"Did I mention the location. A block off Dickson Street and an easy walk to the football or basketball games. It is an older home that has been remodeled. I went with five friends to relive our college days. You can see Georges's bar from the front yard. It's also next to the walking trail that surrounds the city. A nice little back yard area where you can sit outside. All the appliances have been updated. The owner was fantastic to work with. This will be our first choice if we come to Fayetteville"

  • Perfect weekend!

"My siblings and I had not gotten together for many years and were in search or a property that fit us. We had people traveling from Austin, TX, Waco, TX, Nashville, TN, and even Los Angeles. Arkansas seemed like good middle ground and after searching over the available properties we settled on this one. The combination if price/size/amenities was great and we are very glad we chose this property. The financials were straight forward and I promptly received the security deposit once things were clears by Tom (the property manager). There were plenty of rooms and places to sleep to where all of our siblings and their little ones had their own space to themselves. Even with our large group the three bathrooms worked great. Also, the AC was awesome and we were always cool in the house. Check in was painless and Tom met me to show me around and give me the basic run down. Since we were such a big group we cooked all our meals at the house which worked out perfect. They have pretty much everything we needed from pot/pans/flatware/cups/blender etc. they even had some spices that came in handy (they just ask you replace something if you use it all). The large dinner table was great and accommodated our whole group so we could enjoy each other company during meals. The home is directly on lake Hamilton which was great swimming for the kiddos and for relaxing with some cold beer for the adults. I will say the lake is very deep even just off the bank. That being said, we brought floats so it worked perfect. There is a fence with a gate up closer to the home to keep the kiddos away from the water so that calmed the parents worries. We were a short 10 min drive from downtown Hot Springs were we went to some shops and saw the bath houses. We also went to the Nat'l park where we hiked up the big hill. The family that came in from LA had about an hour drive from the Little Rock airport since no flights came into the small airport in Hot Springs. I accidentally left an expensive watch in the room where I stayed and I promptly notified Tom. Tom found it and mailed it back to me without hesitation and paid for the shipping even after I offered to pay. All in all the stay was ideal and all parties that joined us felt the same. We had a great time and look forward to possibly making this a annual or biannual tradition. Thanks Tom!"
