The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
What a gem this home is and I must say the pictures do not do it all! It's so spacious, welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The view from the patio is beautiful and the kitchen was great for cooking! My family and I would come back here again and again. Thank you so much for having us."

"This is a gorgeous home in Pebble Beach located on a culdesac. It was very private and quiet, with the exception of the sound of crashing waves hitting the shore! It has lovely ocean views and the large windows make for a dazzling panorama. It's decorated beautifully throughout each and every room. The home was clean and comfortable for our family. Plenty of space to spread out or gather together in the kitchen or bar/media room downstairs. We loved the radiant heated floors too! The location is excellent. We were able to be in Carmel and Monterey within 10-15 minutes, and to Spanish Bay and the Lodge at Pebble Beach in just 5 minutes. I highly recommend Elite Carmel Luxury Properties. Every request we had was met. It's obvious they are a first class company and they treat their properties and guests accordingly!"

"We can’t imagine a better place to stay in Santa Cruz. (We lived here for three winter months, January through March.) The house itself is immaculate, with large windows looking out onto a lagoon and down to a nearby neighborhood beach. One of the neighbors told us he thinks the view from Tony and Laura’s place is “one of the best in Santa Cruz,” and he’s right. The lagoon is surrounded by towering eucalyptus trees. There is a lovely deck above the lagoon with a hot tub that’s kept ready to go for you. The beach, just a five-minute walk, is a friendly, neighborhood beach
The bathroom and kitchen are very modern, the fireplace is a treat if the weather turns cold (which it almost never does), and the tv-watching nook is totally comfy.
And in our view, all of that isn’t even the best part. In just five minutes, you can walk in one direction and be on the walkway above Pleasure Point, looking out over the Monterey Bay and one of the most famous surfing destinations in the world. We walked there every morning before dawn to watch the sun come up. And if you walk five minutes in the other direction, down through those eucalyptus trees, you’re at the beach – where you can relax in the sun or, at day’s end, watch the sunset.
How many places are there, anywhere, where you can do both of those things in just a short walk? Tony and Laura are marvelous, friendly, fair, and quick to deal with anything about the place you may not understand. We’ve already reserved our chance to come back.

"We stayed for 2 nights with another couple. The location of the house is fantastic, about equal distance to Solvang and Los Olivos (<10 mins). The layout of the house is a bit awkward as there is a door that connects the 2 bedrooms and I don’t think there is a lock. The bathroom is sort of a jack-and-jill but the second door connects to the pantry. It’s very strange and waking up early or in the middle of the night, we were walking into each other’s bedrooms instead of the bathroom or out the room because there are so many doors that all connect to each other. Also one of the 2 doors to the bathroom didn’t have a lock which made sharing the bathroom a bit uneasy. The pizza oven was a lot of fun. Unfortunately we didn’t realize that all of the supplied fire wood was stacked BEHIND the oven and we didn’t see it until the morning when we were checking out. Our pizzas didn’t really come out because we couldn’t get it hot enough. They leave detailed instructions on how to use it, but not about the location of the wood. The house is very well stocked and we weren’t missing anything – olive oil, salt, pepper, flour, corn meal, coffee, tea, etc. They have a pitcher water filter in the fridge too. The day you check in, make sure you swing by the amazing Finley Farms Farmstand (1702 Refugio Rd) to stock up on organic fruit and veggies!! They are AMAZING!!"
