The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We just returned from a relaxing weekend at Bungalow 64 in Paso Robles and had such an amazing time. We drove in late from Los Angeles and the hosts kindly hid keys for us so we didn't have to wake them up. The house was exactly what we were looking for... super cute, comfy, very well maintained/clean, and on a quiet street within walking distance from downtown. Our dog loved hanging out in the sun in the enclosed backyard as well. Overall we had a wonderful time and can't wait to return!"

"Our family of five and the dog stayed in this house for a week. It was nice - no complaints. I was worried about the size, but it is very roomy and can easily accommodate 8 adults! The beds were comfy and the rooms are sizeable. The neighborhood is super cute too. Unfortunately, there was a cold front while we were there so it was chilly the first half of our stay. Oh well. We made the best of it. My kids really enjoyed our family BBQs on the patio each night and roasting marshmallow in the fire pit, also on the patio. I will disclose though that it is a pet friendly house and we were happy about that, (as is the beach and the neighborhood) but there was animal hair on one of the comforters so if you are allergic, be warned. Everything was just as described and we were happy with this rental house!"

"I stayed at this property with a group of friends over New Year's in Santa Barbara, and we cannot stop talking about what a fantastic time we had. The house is in a beautiful, secluded part of the Santa Barbara hills, but getting down to the Mission, State Street and up to hiking trails was still easy. This house was perfect for our group: a great kitchen for big dinners, two barbecues outside, a pool and jacuzzi area perfect for lounging in the hillside scenery, and a wraparound porch for catching sunsets over the ocean. Aaron was easily reachable for any questions we had and we would love to come back any time!"

"Perfect spot for two families traveling together, everyone had their own "space". Each adult/couple had their own room and the teens piled in to the loft.
We had friends coming and going for a day at the boardwalk and the kids could walk to and from as they wished.
We're all looking forward to a return trip next year!"
