Great location, good for family, nice big fully fenced yard, and privacy.
"Older home, but roomy, comfortable, quiet and had most everything we needed to feed 6 adults and one medium sized dog. Across the street from the beach; easy walk to oyster bars and longer walk (less than a mile) to downtown Cambria. Saw a whale, dolphins, seals, and sunsets from the yard (bring your binoculars). Large wrap around yard to play games or just sit and relax. Wood burning fireplace made for cozy evenings (bring your own Duraflame logs, one supplied). Direct TV-small tv; wifi access; some books and games. Kitchen - stove worked well, large crock pot came in handy, microwave, coffee maker (bring your coffee bean grinder), utensils, knives, pots and pans, and serveware were fine. Some spices (bring your own just in case). Refrigerator was older; no auto ice maker. (Did not use oven). Bathrooms and showers were clean with enough towels. Overall, we had an nice family get together."

"Very cute and comfortable little cottage up in the hills of a charming neighborhood. The king size bed was amazingly comfy and the cottage was well stocked with most anything that you might need. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area, we saw numerous Deer and a few Coyotes as well. The only drawbacks for me was that if you have AT&T cell phone service, forget about it! You will get zero service unless you drive out of the neighborhood. The only other drawback is that the bathroom is upstairs and the bedrooms are downstairs which was not fun for a 3 AM potty break. Overall though, I recommend this lovely place!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
This was our 2nd vacation in this beautiful home and we hope to experience many more. The home has 3 spacious bedrooms with adjoining baths so it is perfect for a couple or a larger family. There are not adequate words to describe the view! You are so close to the ocean you almost feels like you're on a ship instead of a home. The home is immaculately clean and so comfortable we rarely ventured out.....spent most of our time relaxing and staring out to sea :). For those who want activity the home is located next to Fiscalini Ranch, a large open area with walking trails to a cliff overlooking the ocean. It's also close to dowtown Cambria with lots of quaint shops and great restaurants. Also about 15 minutes South of Herst Castle. If you like a beautiful drive I recommend venturing up Hwy1 to Ragged Point, Big Sur, Carmel, and Monterey."

"This home was exactly as described and exactly what we needed. We were 2 couples that just needed a fun getaway...and that's exactly what we got. Both bedrooms had king size beds that were super comfortable. One bedroom is downstairs on the entry level with an en suite; the other bedroom was upstairs with the bathroom just outside the bedroom door and shared with the main living area. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. We used the BBQ and made a nice dinner and were able to relax and enjoy the company of each other after a fun day of wine tasting in the area. The views are absolutely gorgeous and just a block-in-a-half away from ocean. You are minutes away from Hearst Castle and the elephant seals as well as lots and lots and lots of wineries. Fun, Fun, Fun!!!!"
