"This house is beautifully decorated and has the best of everything. Very spacious. Views are terrific. Great beach less than a 5 min walk. Location is great to get away from it all but less than 10 minutes to be in the center of Carmel and all that has to offer. The artwork is amazing. Outdoor space in the back is a terrific place to relax and enjoy the hot tub and gas fire pit. The kitchen is a cook's dream."

Upscale Property in Quiet Area of Carmel, Walking Distance to Beach.
"My family of four just returned from a week's stay at Beachwalk and we hope to have an opportunity to revisit. The property is tastefully decorated and has a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The living-room has floor to ceiling windows and glass door, which makes the outdoor space, beautifully landscaped and furnished, as part of the living area. It is private on a quiet street and it is walking distance to an uncrowded beach, which is also a state park and bird sanctuary, with both bay and back-bay beaches. At the same time the property is close to shopping and the many restaurants of Carmel. Not to be missed are drives to Point Lobos State Park, 10 mins away, and Big Sur. The owners, Phil and Dotti, were very helpful assisting with passes to Pebble Beach Club and even helped with setting up a tennis match. All in all, a home away from home."

Great hosts, great location, great home...what more could you ask for!
"Our stay in Bill and Ting's Carmel home couldn't have been better. The layout worked well for my husband and me. It was tastefully decorated, well equipped, and more than enough room. We especially enjoyed the well-appointed outdoor deck overlooking the surrounding area. What a blessing it was to open the windows at night and enjoy the cool.
The home's proximity to Carmel Mission Ranch Restaurant was a bonus. What a special restaurant and live entertainment spot. We found ourselves ending up there for the evening several nights, knowing we had only a quick drive home.
Our week-long activities kept us coming and going; we appreciated having our own entrance which did not interfere with our hosts' home. We knew they were easily reachable by phone but did not even notice they were present.
Bill provided us with the 17 mile pass which was a godsend since we spent many days traveling to and from the Concours activities in Pebble Beach and surrounding area. It had to have saved us $100 easily. Bill was also kind enough to invite my husband and me to join him and his friends to play golf at a nearby course. The course was so beautiful that it relieved some of the stress of playing the 18-hole challenge.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in Carmel and would definitely return to Bill and Ting's home."

"Three adult gals rented this cute house for 3 nights. My sister and niece from Boston on their first Carmel trip thought the weather must be this spectacular all the time! We had bright sunny days to explore the town and coast. This neighborhood is old Carmel-by-the Sea and charming. Walking is pleasant, but too far to the main part of town for anyone with knee problems.
The house is comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality cookware/knives/seasonings/coffee. Dining area for 6 doubles as the card room/ Scrabble center (provided). Queen beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens. Could use a curtain on the back door to block morning light in bedroom. Seating areas in front and back yards are pleasant. Hope to stay again some day..........."
