  • ~~GIRL TIME!!~~

"Back to visit the Central Coast in Cayucos! I LOVE THIS CONDO overlooking the bluffs with views of Morro Rock, the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. I can't get enough and never want to leave the patio! This visit was girl-time, just me and a girlfriend of 40+ years catching up. Grocery shopped for 2 dinners in Los Osos (Ralphs) as grocery store is very limited in town and pricey. Dorothea, property manager, received us when we arrived and left us a yummy bottle of wine, cheeses and treats to start our stay. Wine/chocolate tasting the next day right up the road in Harmony, lunch at the Harmony Cafe (Super Yummy!), and then onto Cambria for the Scarecrow Festival. Back to the condo for wine, cheeses and beautiful sunset and hours playing Scrabble on the balcony with the many stars over my head!! I stayed in the upstairs condo this time which is just as nice as the downstairs. The master bedroom is super quiet and "darker" so you really get a great night sleep! Super Clean condo with everything you may need...kitchen is equipped really well and if you need any assistance Dorothea is quick to respond. BTW: Dorothea lives in a unit upstairs BUT YOU NEVER SEE HER UNLESS YOU NEED HER. Will be back again, and again, and AGAIN!! Thank you Dorothea!!"

  • Great location near one of the most quaint cities in our country

"This cozy cottage was a short walk to downtown Carmel and maybe 15 minutes to the beach. I loved the easy access to almost everything I wanted to do. The cottage was nicely decorated and had a very nice private backyard to enjoy. The property manager was very helpful when I had a question that needed her assistance. My vacation in Carmel was one of my all time favorites."

  • Beautiful Home For a Birthday Celebration!

"My family rented this home for the weekend to celebrate a birthday and our stay could not have been more perfect. Not only is the home absolutely beautiful, but you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. The backyard is also perfect for barbecuing, eating outside, and enjoying a glass of wine. The house is so wonderful, we even decided to stay in and cook dinner on one of the nights so that we could enjoy the home and the peaceful atmosphere. I also can't say enough nice things about the owners - they were so accommodating and did their best to make our stay as special and memorable as possible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Solvang. We can't wait to come back!"

  • I told you we'd be back!!

"Came back again this year for our Vets Day getaway with a total of 6 couples this year. 4 stayed here and 2 stayed two doors down at "Upstairs on Vine." Outstanding!! Purely and simply fabulous! Craig (owner) even stopped by to chat (and to remind us to close the gates to keep the deer out of the garden). This property is SO central to everything Paso! My only suggestion (and it is a tiny one!) to Craig & Kathy would be to somehow improve the lighting in the dining room. I'm going to guess that the installed central fixture is historic, but it would be nice to be able to have more light in that room where we all gathered for meals. Tips: 1) Dinner at Thomas Hill Organics!! Oh my - so good!! 2) Pick up lunch for your day of excursions at Red Scooter Deli or Hush Harbor Artisan Bakery in Atascadero (15 minutes south but the bread alone was worth the drive!) 3) Taste & visit with Maggie, Bob & Lynne at Alta Colina!"
