  • Wonderful place!

"We arrived on a Friday and were immediately impressed by the gorgeous surroundings and very comfortable cottage. We were two couples and two giant dogs and there was plenty of room. The place felt remote but it was only a short walk with the dogs (2 miles) to the heart of Los Olivos to a number of wineries and tasting rooms. The owners were easy to reach if we had any questions and are just the nicest people! I'm hoping to visit often enough that they'll adopt me! The house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I'd recommend it to all of my friends as long as they take me along, too!"

  • Private & perfect!

"This is a perfect, private location & a fabulous cottage. Comfortable bed in master bedroom...2 baths on main floor is perfect. Loft, as they advertise, has low ceiling, but perfect for kids or extra couple as long as they know what they are getting. Our pups loved running on the grounds. My husband announced within one hour that he wanted to come back next year for a longer period of time (we stayed a week this year)! Only negative (& this is being picky) is the lack of closet space if you're staying for very long...the wardrobe in master is a bit small...I really didn't unpack my suitcase for the week which doesn't really bother me....just lived out of the works! Love this place!"

  • A Slice of Heaven

"We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very comfortable and clean! The backyard is beautiful and loved spending time out in it..saw deer every morning and loved all of the different birds. It's close proximity to restaurants and wineries was can walk to all of them. This is a wonderful property and we are hoping to return again in the near future."

  • Peaceful and beautiful

"I stayed here with a couple of friends and my dog which was a big plus since he usually can't travel with us. We LOVED it--the first thing we noticed was how wonderfully quiet it was and the marvelous view off the back. If you go around to the extra cottage on the side you can get a fantastic view of sunsets or sunrises as well. We used the wood fire bbq and the fireplace outside nightly and didn't use our phones or TV at all-no need!! The first night there were stars as far as the eye could see which was awesome to take in. The second night it was a bit rainy and humid so no stars, but it created a stunning sunset and skyline…and brought out the frogs hopping around. (they are cute! there was even a teeny tiny one!) The hosts had a handwritten sign out front for us a beautiful flowers to welcome us in which was a really nice touch. Overall we had such a great stay that we want to keep this place all to ourselves and not tell anyone about it!!! ;) OH AND THE BEDS WERE THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS IN THE PLANET. Best nights sleep and rest that we all have ever gotten on vacations-including hotels. And so close to the town-really great location."
