  • Ideal Getaway Retreat

"My husband and I, with our son and daughter in their mid-20's, stayed here as my extended family gathered to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday in nearby Lompoc. It was beautifully situated, met all of our needs, was within easy walking distance of great coffee and pastry shops, wine tasting rooms, and art galleries. It was ideal for us because it had plenty of room, all we needed in the kitchen, and a beautiful yard, perfect for hanging out and visiting with family and friends. We'd go back in a heartbeat!"

  • Wonderful place!

"We arrived on a Friday and were immediately impressed by the gorgeous surroundings and very comfortable cottage. We were two couples and two giant dogs and there was plenty of room. The place felt remote but it was only a short walk with the dogs (2 miles) to the heart of Los Olivos to a number of wineries and tasting rooms. The owners were easy to reach if we had any questions and are just the nicest people! I'm hoping to visit often enough that they'll adopt me! The house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I'd recommend it to all of my friends as long as they take me along, too!"

  • You will say "Ahhhh" when you pull in the gate.

"We absolutely loved this house. It was a peaceful oasis and started actually feeling like home an hour after we arrived. Walking to dinner along the quaint and peaceful streets of Los Olivos was such a great experience - few can have today. The thrill of our stay was going to Mattei's Tavern - what a cool and sexy restaurant - a couple blocks away. And who was eating at the next table? Pink and her husband !! Hope we didn't gawk too much. We think this house covers all bases - urban yet great private back yard abutting the woods where we saw deer, fruit trees galore, central to driving to wineries, just a block or two to shops and restaurants. Just perfect. One tip - don't be a klutz like I am and not figure out how to open the windows to let the cool night breezes in."

  • Private & perfect!

"This is a perfect, private location & a fabulous cottage. Comfortable bed in master bedroom...2 baths on main floor is perfect. Loft, as they advertise, has low ceiling, but perfect for kids or extra couple as long as they know what they are getting. Our pups loved running on the grounds. My husband announced within one hour that he wanted to come back next year for a longer period of time (we stayed a week this year)! Only negative (& this is being picky) is the lack of closet space if you're staying for very long...the wardrobe in master is a bit small...I really didn't unpack my suitcase for the week which doesn't really bother me....just lived out of the works! Love this place!"
