"You will love your visit to the Little Jewel Box. The owner has taken great care in the design and maintenance of this property. Expect great communication and be prepared to treat this home like the treasure it is with no shoes inside. I hope other renters will continue to use care when they visit so The Little Jewel Box is in as lovely condition the next time I visit! I will definitely stay here again. The space heater in the little guest bedroom was handy and served to add just the right amount of white noise for my little one to sleep. While the home is small it is also well designed and well appointed so I had no space issues whatsoever for storing my things or moving around the home comfortably."Guest: Carrie D. "This vacation spot has everything that you need! Beautiful house, views, clubhouse with plenty of fun things to do, and a perfect location! We were very comfortable and had everything that we needed at the house. The location is private with a private beach but, close enough to other locations such as Point Lobo, Monterey, and Capitola! We are already talking about our return!!"Guest: Fun-family Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 30, 2014View listing
"What an amazing house to stay at! We, a family of 5, rented the house with our friends, a family of 4, and had plenty of space for all 9 of us! And our two dogs! Much to our excitement there were 2 horses in a field behind the house...my kids loved waking up and checking on the horses. We hope to rent this house again next summer."Guest: Shelby M. "We were there only a couple of nights due to availability but very glad we chose this property. Tastefully decorated, great location (corner condo). Awesome sunsets and it felt like it was our own private beach. Two car garage access was useful. The seclusion of being in Castroville was perfect for us not desiring super close proximity to shops etc. We played golf in Monterey during our stay - less than 30 min easy drive. Beautiful views, quiet place. Fantastic."Guest: SDT Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 2, 2014View listing
