"We went down to Santa Cruz to celebrate our daughter's graduation from high school. Keith's bungalow was perfect for us and our daughter and her friend. The Boardwalk was only about a 5 minute walk away and downtown about 10 minutes. Our kids were able to walk everywhere they wanted to go. Since we took a roundabout ride through some beautiful country on our skoot (4 hour drive), we spent most of our time resting for our scenic ride home. The bungalow was perfect for that too. We especially liked the front porch, where we had our coffee in peace behind the trumpet vine arch in the mornings and also sat and enjoyed the evenings there too. The bungalow was fully stocked with everything we needed had we wanted to cook (which we really didn't, except to make coffee). We definitely recommend this place and we'll be back again - thank you Keith for your hospitality!"

"This house was exactly what my mom and I needed for a short visit to Pacific coast and Hearst mansion. Despite extremely hilly neighborhood, you can park right in the driveway at the front door -- no treacherous stairs. I think it is unlikely to walk to Moonstone Beach unless you are a hiker and want to cross the highway, but parking was a snap over there on a beautiful Oct weekend. Nice patio and deck for enjoying a glass of wine.
The house is decorated like your grandparents have been vacationing there for decades, including many amusing handwritten instructions on the walls. But this made it very comfortable and easy for us -- most comfortable beds we've ever had in a rental! We loved this little cabin!!"

"I stayed at this property with a group of friends over New Year's in Santa Barbara, and we cannot stop talking about what a fantastic time we had. The house is in a beautiful, secluded part of the Santa Barbara hills, but getting down to the Mission, State Street and up to hiking trails was still easy. This house was perfect for our group: a great kitchen for big dinners, two barbecues outside, a pool and jacuzzi area perfect for lounging in the hillside scenery, and a wraparound porch for catching sunsets over the ocean. Aaron was easily reachable for any questions we had and we would love to come back any time!"

"We found new nooks, crannies and hideaway places everyday, including the last one...and all were intriguing, lovely, fun and offered something for everyone in our very large party.
It was headquarters for our family and wedding party and within easy reach of downtown and the Montecito CC, where we held the reception.
All our guests were amazed and delighted with the house, the pool area and the expansive grounds. The view was breathtaking, overlooking the sloping hills to the sea.
The perfect setting for any event with room to spare.
