Perfect location - Wonderful property
"A beautiful, modern cottage tucked away from the road. Perfect location - 2 blocks to the main street. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the home and are excited to return in the near future! Looking for a good reason in fact..."

"My daughter and I stayed for three nights in this darling house on a quiet residential street in Ojai. The location was great...walking distance to town. It was hot so the AC was very welcome. Tere was great to work with and the house was clean and cozy. There is a CD in the sunroom that provides a driving tour of the area. I highly recommend it. A lot of fun and you find out about the history and little know facts of the area (birthplace of AARP...who would have known?) I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage. Very restful and charming."

"We just spent a long weekend at this charming little house. We had a great time hanging out on the peaceful front porch during the hot part of the day. The house is with in walking distance to coffee, restaurants, shops and hiking trails. Everything we could possibly want. The house was comfy and clean and yard had plenty of room for our dogs to play. Great place. Thank you."

"The bad news was that it rained the whole time during our stay at the Rolling Thunder Ranch The good news was that it didn't really matter. We had a group of 20 of us (people slept on air mattresses) that decided on this secluded location for a weekend getaway. We were not disappointed one bit. The place is exactly like the pictures. There are tons of different areas to escape to and the grounds are maintained perfectly. Only downfall is that the pool isn't heated. That would be literally my only complaint. Lisa was VERY responsive and answered emails promptly. Carla, Lisa's assistant, was amazing. TONS of firewood for the grill and various firepits. Outdoor fuse ball was a hit. Hiking across the street is fun. I will definitely be returning."
