A great retreat!
"We stayed in this romantic hideaway for the week surrounding our wedding in Santa Cruz and it couldn't have been more perfect. It was peaceful, private, quiet and relaxing, everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and beaches, New Leaf grocery store and much more. We look forward to reliving our magical week on a return visit."

"Spent another great week at this property. It gets better every year. Fantastic deck with brand new bbq. Latest audio and video equipment. Plenty of towels, dishes, cookware, etc. plenty of room for everyone. Last but not least is the master suite upstairs and private."

"We had the opportunity to sneak away from the midwest winter for 6 weeks in Jan and Feb. We were very fortunate to find this condo as it was perfect for our needs. It was equipped with anything we wanted or needed for our stay. Perfect location, steps away from the beach, heated swimming pool and a workout room, (which was updated while we were there). The small balcony provided a quiet spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine and listen to the crashing surf.
We were just a short drive from the Monterey Bay area sights, wineries and Redwood forests. The area has some great restaurants and shopping just a short drive away and a fun Farmers market within walking distance on Sundays.
The owner met us upon arrival, walked us through the condo and it's features and surprised us with some "welcome goodies". The condo has been well maintained and updated. The owners had prepared the condo with toiletries , paper goods and cleaning supplies so we didn't have to rush out immediately to find a grocery.
The condo complex itself was quiet and also very well maintained.
From watching the sunsets from the beach, discovering local wineries, enjoying the boardwalk, visiting the markets, playing golf, touring the Monterey Bay area, to walking up to the taqueria on the corner,we could not have asked for a better visit and like the other reviewers, really hated to say goodbye."

"This is a great place to stay. We have rented about 5 properties in Capitola and Pleasure Point over the past 2 years and this was our favorite. We did a long term rental from June 2014-Aug 2014 and then rented it again over Chirstmas break in 2014. I have 3 boys (ages 12,13,15) and it was perfect. The outside shower and hot tube were great for post-surfing activities. There is plenty of space on the driveway and back yard (all behind a fence) for numerous surfboards, boogie boards, and bikes. The inside of the house is quaint. Good Wifi and Comcast cable TV. The only quirky part is a dining table. There is a table in the main room with two leafs that opens up, but no chairs, so we used the chairs from the back deck as seating. It worked great for us and our family and we would sit and talk about the "wave of the day"."
