  • Slice of rural heaven

"Linda and Ron are the most wonderful hosts, and the cottage is too cute! Linda had a welcome sign with my name on it when we arrived with her cell number, a lovely touch! It's hard to say what we loved most: location, chickens, horses, warm home, fresh eggs...the list could go on! Linda and Ron were so wonderful in helping us find day trip ideas (like seeing the elephant seals!) to helping us find a place that fixed our flat tire for free! They were very tolerant of our exuberant Boxer who had never seen chickens before. :) Comfy bed and couches, nice quality towels and bath items and Linda includes a few lotions and soaps for you to use. Felt like staying with family. Hope to come back soon!"

  • Very comfortable, fun loft

"This loft, which is decorated in an aviation theme, is tastefully done and very comfortable. The decor is very interesting to look at. The owner truly understands what hospitality means. The loft feels like it was lovingly set up for visiting friends or family with the idea that they will have everything they might need available to them. The owner also left a basket of delicious home grown peaches for us. This was a "sweet" touch! The loft is spacious and it can sleep a lot of people, with a king bed and several double futons on the upper level. Additionally, there are two generously sized suites on the lower level. The loft and everything in it is sparkling clean. Although there are not many reviews online, there is a guest book full of great reviews in the loft."

  • Family Reunion and Wedding Celebration

"My husband and I eloped for our wedding ceremony, but needed a space for our family to gather and celebrate at a later date. This property was perfect! We rented the entire property (Hacienda, Country House, and Barn) for a long weekend. This larger house served as the hub for us. The commercial kitchen was perfect for a large group breakfast the day of the party. The large dining area and deck was perfect for all to enjoy group meals. The property is close to wineries, Hearst Castle, downtown Paso Robles and Templeton so guests were able to take day trips and enjoy the area. The 46 acre grounds were enjoyed by all - it was awesome to look out off the deck and see our guests roaming the property and enjoying the great outdoors. Everyone loved the property and wanted to stay longer! Karen, the property manager, and all other employees were so friendly and helpful. We genuinely loved every minute of our stay! We will definitely be back!"

  • This is our second time staying here

"The guest cottage is just as it is pictured. Very quiet and relaxing. We were in town for an event and had friends that paid far more for a motel room. This place has all the comforts of home. We'll be back."
