"Stayed here with my family of 4 for several days. We were looking for a place that was close to Cambria and Paso for the wineries. This was a perfect location, about 20 min from Cambria and minutes to the nearest wineries. The location is hidden in the mountains that makes it perfect for complete isolation and quietness. The cottage has everything you will need including night lights because it gets very dark at night. If you google the area, it seems like you would be able to go for walks, that is not the case. The roads are narrow and uneven. If you’re looking for a place to relax and read a good book and enjoy the local wines this is perfect. As a bonus my daughters enjoyed the family of deer’s that came within feet of the cottage to graze on the grass in the evenings."Guest: Anna Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 17, 2014View listing
"The Vintage Ranch is a perfect place to stay while in Paso. It was impeccably clean and filled with all of the necessities a person could ask for. Sonja is so thoughtful in thinking about everything. It's cozy and romantic. The location is stellar in regards to the wineries and downtown. I would recommend the cottage a thousand times over and can not wait until we can visit again."Guest: ChefCarrie Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 3, 2014View listing
"My wife and I have used VRBO since 2011. This has to be one of our favorite vacation rentals we have used! There are so many details about the place that we like, but the list can go on and on.... Here are a few keywords. Fully furnished. Great patio/garden area. Air Conditioning. LARGE/BEAUTIFUL land. Horses. Chickens. Outside of the City. It is worth every penny! The owners are delightful and we will be returning soon."Guest: Jared Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 27, 2014View listing
"The home is perfect for large families. Tons of room to spread out. Multiple levels. Adults can relax upstairs and take in the views while the kids can take over the lower level which includes a master suite, game room and large patio. Parking is on the street but was always available. Neighbors were quiet. Location is very convenient to grocery shopping and the quaint downtown area. Overall, this property was perfect for our family's Labor Day getaway! Oh, and Steve and Dawn were very gracious hosts!! They communicated very effectively with us and Steve gave us the grand tour, maps, insider scoop on local hot spots and a complimentary bottle of wine!"Guest: Tonya S. Paso Robles Vacation Homes Reduce Stress
When traveling with friends or family members to California, think about what amenities you need the most. If you are on vacation with another couple, it is nice for each couple to have their own bathroom also.
A Winter Wonderland
California is a favorite vacation destination year round for many reasons. While the Pacific Ocean beckons many in the summer, others like to visit during the winter to go skiing, tubing, and sledding. Hot chocolate, luxurious spas and fireplaces welcome winter visitors who like to play in the snow. Couples or families renting Paso Robles lodging will have the time of their lives in one of the California Central Coast vacation rentals, in the winter or the summer. When looking for a vacation destination the entire family will enjoy, California has something to offer everyone.
