  • Family Reunion

"We rented all three units at Tres Tesoros for 9 days in July for a family reunion and would recommend the property highly. The units are well appointed and beautifully decorated and fit our party of 15 with ease. Access to the beach is a block away with miles of shore to explore. The property manager and owner took care of every request we had and made our stay one to remember. If you are looking for a place to call home for a few days, a week or more in Pismo, Tres Tesoros will not disappoint."

  • Good Vacation Rental

"The house, it's layout and spaciousness, was definitely a treat. We enjoyed it's location and close proximity to Dinosaur Park and the Bluffs. There were a few mishaps that are probably worth mentioning, as we would want to read honest reviews prior to booking a vacation home. We weren't able to get into the home at the anticipated 4:00 p.m. time, as the cleaning staff we're not advised the previous guests left. The cleaning staff were extremely nice and apologetic, allowing me to use the restroom. As we were settling in, during two days of unseasonably warm weather, we attempted to use the central heating/air conditioning, which is located in the house, with vents in every room. It didn't seem to work and the house was very warm (80+ degrees) throughout the day and night, so we contacted the owner via email and text message. The owner responded the following day and informed us that she never advertised air conditioning being available in the home and suggested we put wet towels on our bodies... Obviously, given the fact we couldn't walk around all day/night with wet towels on our bodies, that wasn't the answer we anticipated. And, since there is no fan in the living room, it was hotter than anyone would find comfortable. The owner also suggested we purchase our own laundry soap, as there wasn't any in the garage. It was apparent, with this issue, ongoing ant problem in the kitchen, and broken lamp in the master bedroom, the house lacks the appropriate maintenance required for a property with continually changing guests. Luckily, the temperature cooled considerably the last two days of our vacation and we were able to sleep comfortably. FYI: The house uses a soft water system and is not ideal for drinking from the tap - bring your water in recyclable glass bottles."

  • Great place to stay!

"The house was very nice, with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 rambunctious kids. Our younger kid enjoyed playing on the fenced in patio, while our older kid enjoyed watching TV. The wifi was spotty at times, but it was no big deal. We had better luck with it on the laptop than on our phones. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Our only suggestion is to bring your own knives, as we had a hard time finding a sharp one to cut food with. The beach was a very close drive, as were the outlets. Two grocery stores are also very close by. We made daily use of the park down the street. We highly recommend Hoagies in Pismo Beach for amazing fish and chips, and the Extreme Bloody Mary was to die for! We look forward to staying at this house again soon!"

  • Great Place, on the beach!

"So we had an awesome time at the bonnie dunes beach house! It was a stones throw away from the sand, the property was well maintained, very clean, excellent theme and colors for the beach - a true beach house! Only reason why I won't give 5 stars was due to the kitchen. Fully equipped? Nope. If your planning on staying in and cooking for every meal, don't bother, you'll have a heck of a time trying to do that. Knives are ALL dull with no sharpener in sight. Can opener was broken (we had to go next door to the neighbors to get our cans opened) no whisks for baking, no ladle or large serving spoons. For about 100 to 150 bucks this kitchen could be up to a normal standard. And I think I'm the 2nd or 3rd guest that has mentioned it in a review...hmmm. Other than that, the beds were comfortable upstairs, downstairs beds were very firm, with a large party of 9 we all had our privacy and enjoyed this beach house absolutely! Thanks again for a great Vacation!"
