  • Unreal - what an amazing house, you will not be disappointed.

"What a fantastic home. It has 3 huge master bedrooms with their own private baths. Amazing kitchen, amazing views, so much character and detail and love when into this home. Great living room to stay and hang out in. Also has one additional bedroom/office with its own private bath if needed. There are over 100 places to sit throughout the house (fun fact). So much lounging to be done, we hardly left the house. This place is perfect for 3 couples or a large family. Location is fantastic. Sip coffee while watching the sunrise or have a glass of wine while the sun sets.....every room has a view. But....even with the great house, Vonna's professionalism and helpfulness really puts its over the top. If I could give her 6 stars I would! Totally exceeded my expectations! Thank you again Vonna and I'm already dreaming of my next stay there."

  • Beautiful Cottage in Montecito Lower Village

"We stayed here for a month over the summer and loved every minute of it! Walking distance of fantastic restaurants (definitely try Cava, Sakana Sushi, and Tre Lune), shopping, groceries, and less than a half mile walk to Butterfly Beach. The house is beautifully updated with hardwood floors (other than the bedrooms which are carpeted), an update kitchen (with granite/stainless steel), and an excellent washer and dryer. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for the summer. Highly recommend and we hope to return again!"

  • Terrific!

"This is a terrific place to stay, especially with a small pooch. It was lovely & comfortable, with wonderful mountain views. The owner simply could not be more hospitable & helpful, and sent absolutely perfect driving directions. The property is a very quick drive to Santa Barbara or Montecito, with a private setting. It has everything you could possible need; a fully-equipped kitchen, large washer/dryer, WiFi, cable, and a charming freestanding gas stove. I would suggest that this location is best for 1-3 people, or 2 couples at the most if they're very friendly."

  • San Ysidro Ranch All To Ourselves!!

"Happily, this was our second stay at this beautiful retreat! We visit the area often and this home is by far our favorite place to stay! No other property comes close to providing the privacy, relaxation & natural beauty of this home and the outdoor space that is so unique to Montecito! As soon as you drive through the gate, you will be transformed! The property is completely fenced with gorgeous landscaping to maximize the beauty of the huge oaks trees throughout the property along with native Californian plants & multiple lawn areas. The back patio stretches the length of the back of the home providing a stunning vantage point to enjoy the grounds making it a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in your PJ's! Our only problem was we found ourselves still in those PJ's as lunch was nearing!!:) The owners generously allowed us to bring our beloved dog, and he spent endless hours exploring outside off leash, which is priceless! The inside of this character filled home is an experience all on it's own. It is meticulously maintained by the owners who have added all the modern conveniences of a Chef's kitchen but retained so much of the original details and character of this 1940's home! It truly has that San Ysidro Ranch feel, with the Santa Barbara Stone walls in the living and dining room, saltillo tile floors, wooden ceilings with ample skylights, original stain glass windows, with a lovely fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. It's located in a lovely walkable neighborhood and a 5 minute drive into downtown Montecito! It's an extraordinary place that we hope to return to again and again!!!"
