Great home, great views. Friendly owner.
"Traveling to Santa Barbara for a family wedding, nine adults stayed in this home. The pictures provided do not do it justice. Beautiful home and beautiful view of the ocean. Well stocked with anything you might need. The home has several levels which allowed for private time if desired as well as plenty of room for all to gather. We were somewhat reluctant to be a little south of Santa Barbara (2-3 miles) but were very glad we did. It was more quiet and away from all the people and traffic. The owner was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely rent again."

"As two couples, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cliff House for the Santa Barbara Veterans Day Half-Marathon weekend. The house is situated just a hop, skip, and a jump from everything that we needed for our time. We enjoyed having a comfortable space to relax both before and after the race, a big and useful kitchen for pre-race carbo-loading and post-race refueling. Cliff was extremely helpful, even trouble shooting for us over the phone when we had blown a fuse (We should have known better! Sorry, Cliff!). Should we find ourselves back in Santa Barbara, we would readily stay here again!"

"This home is unique with many interesting features. We called it the James Bond House.....Like from the Roger Moore era. The pictures tell the story and we were not disappointed when we walked in the door. The decor is unusual (not odd, just not usual) which we all loved. The home has its own very distinct personality. We found it a perfect fit for three couples looking to get away and enjoy some sun. The deck is spectacular with multiple areas to relax and we found ourselves spending the majority of our three day weekend at home because no one wanted to leave. The neighborhood is charming and a great area for morning runs or walks. The owner was a pleasure to work with and we WILL be back."
