  • Really enjoyed our stay

"We were in town for my son's destination wedding and wanted more room than a hotel has to offer - this fit the bill perfectly. It was exactly as described and had all of the amenities needed for a week-long stay. It was close to all the festivities yet gave us the privacy we desired. Would recommend this to anyone who wanted to have a great, reasonably priced location in Montecito!"

  • The Best!!

"The minute we arrived at the beach house it was apparent that this was going to be "Serenity Now". "I think we may have outdone ourselves" I stated as I lounged in the swimming pool "now everywhere we stay going forward will pale in comparison"! Sandra was a wonderful hostess, she left us some welcoming gifts in the fridge which meant we did not have to go running off to the store immediately. The first 30 minutes or so you just wander around the house getting the incredible vibe that the house potrays through Sandra's designing touch! We have already made the decsion to come back next October for the next family wedding. "Say no more" I hope the next guests will love the house, the location, and the feel that we experienced! Thank you Sandra, you captured the essence! Best, See you next year!!"

  • Second year done...can't wait for the third year!

"My family has just completed our second year staying at Palm Tree properties and we are all so excited for next year's family trip! Our family, full of small children come from all across the nation for two weeks in Santa Barbara and we are so lucky to have found Julie's home two years ago! The home's open floor plan is ideal for keeping our large group separate but still connected, some people cooking in the kitchen, some people lounging on the comfy sofas reading, some people playing games outside on the patio - it's perfect! We have so many favorite features it's hard to say what is the best, ping pong tourney's go on year to year, east coast vs. west coast bocce tournaments, kids keeping themselves occupied for hours on the trampoline and the endless hours in the pool and Jacuzzi! Daily trips to Vons and Rori's ice cream parlor which are right around the corner and the beach only minutes away via car (too hard to walk with so many kids) makes this an ideal spot for any family looking for comfortable convenient luxury! Already dreaming of next year! Thanks again Julie for yet a wonderful vacation!"
