  • Perfect Slice of Paradise!

"I've been staying in this wonderful cottage each summer since 2010 and my only hesitation in writing a review is that my secret will be discovered by too many other travelers! This isn't a rental - it's a home. From the beautiful linens to the gourmet kitchen and the stylish bathrooms, every element of the home is well cared for. Just a couple of blocks to the dog-friendly Butterfly Beach and the gorgeous grounds of the Four Seasons Biltmore Hotel, it's the perfect central location for enjoying the best of Montecito. Coast Village Road is full of shops and restaurants and also within walking distance. Downtown Santa Barbara and State Street are just 5 minutes away by car. If you're looking to visit Santa Barbara but be out of the midst of the tourist throngs, this is the perfect location and the perfect vacation home."

  • A magical setting for memories

"Ravenscroft is appointed with such thoughtful detail. Photos do not do it justice. Melanie and Todd clearly have thought of all the comforts and luxuries to allow for relaxation, fun and creating memories. The kitchen is enviable. And there are so many picturesque places to relax and have a meal or just a glass of wine. From the sitting area near the outdoor fireplace to the indescribable room with vines on the ceilings. With a tennis court, pool and gorgeous gardens, you never have to leave Ravenscroft for a perfect holiday. It is really a magical place."

  • Lovely, private Montecito cottage... close to beach and hiking trails

"This cozy cottage was the perfect space for a beach getaway. Nestled behind some homes up a windy driveway in a wonderful Montecito neighborhood, it actually was as cute and clean as the pictures showed. I quickly felt at home with all the comforts and amenities provided... kitchen area, big screen tv, wifi, and especially enjoyed the quiet and relaxing patio area. The complimentary bottle of wine and hot tub came in handy after a day of cycling along the coastal bike paths. The fact that it was dog-friendly sealed the deal for me and Scruffie! This is a studio size cottage, so it was the perfect size for us. I think it would be just as cozy for one more. Very affordable, and less expensive than most of the local, less appealing hotels. The owners were especially nice and easy to deal with. Can't wait to go back! I can't really think of any negatives, except that I couldn't stay longer."
