"This was our second stay at this wonderful SB cottage. Once again, everything was perfect - very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We loved the outdoor space -- one day we had a light rain, and it was delightful to sit on the covered porch and sip our morning coffee! The patio is very cute, and the perfect size for two to sit and enjoy coffee, a meal, or afternoon wine! The location is fantastic - walking distance to all of the gems of Santa Barbara. Yes, we have already booked our next visit!"

Great location, close to State Street and peaceful.
"Our family stayed in the condo while attending my daughter's graduation from UCSB. The condo itself is quiet and very comfortable. The proximity to Hwy. 101 and the main avenues in Santa Barbara makes it very easy to get anyplace you need to go. I would gladly recommend this rental to anyone."

"We were more than happy with our stay here. Janet is a gracious and attentive host. Everything was clean, private, and accommodating with so many personal touches. I loved the privacy and security while still being so close to downtown. I used the bike(s) to ride to great spots near by - great location."

"My husband and I stayed at this cute apartment for 4 nights. We came in the middle of a heatwave, the owners provided us with a box fan, which was much appreciated. Everything was provided, we especially loved the Starbucks coffee, and the bottle of wine and chocolate bars. The linens were great and the big fluffy towels were so nice.mThe apartment was on a lovely street and about 2 long blocks from State Street, .. The only thing we would change would be the out dated television, travelers like new amenities, this older TV would be ok in the bedroom , since its cable ready already. The new TV would pay for its self in no time, as they could charge more for there rental, and having 2 tvs in a rental is very appealing. I would definitely recommend this cute and charming apartment.."
