"We rented this property for our family to stay in for a week as our son was getting married in Santa Barbara. We had a small rehearsal dinner there outside in the back yard. It was absolutely stunning. The view is unbelievable and we would find ourselves sitting out back at all times of the day to look at or listen to the ocean. You cannot tell how gorgeous the view is from these pictures!! The house had everything we needed and Sam and Paula were so great to check on us to make sure everything was in order. They were very wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay there again if we visit SB again. We made wonderful memories there and are so thankful that we happened on this house to make them in!"

"We couldn't have walked away happier from this experience. Not only was the home beautiful, but the furnishing and amenities made it one of the most comfortable stays we've ever had from an online rental. And there are probably only a handful of other homes in the entire Santa Barbara area with that kind of view. The pictures of the sunset look too good to be true, but I assure you, that is really what its like.
Location is fantastic. Just minutes away from State street, the pier, and a couple of great hikes. But the highlight was driving just 5 minutes north to the off-leash dog park on the beach!
I could not recommend this place more. Great place to relax and question why you dont live in santa barbara all year"

"You awake to a 180 degree view of the ocean from atop a 150 foot bluff. A perfect soft lawn awaits your children's lawn games. A blooming rose garden scents the air. The hot tub awaits. An ocean view from nearly every room in the house. Very well appointed and extremely well cared for. I hope to be able to return and I am jealous of you if you go."

"Lynn's house was just right for our use with four related adults and our 8 month old grandson. This is a good value in Santa Barbara. The house is small but large enough to have our individual private space. It is well located on The Mesa on a quiet dead-end street. Our walk through the neighborhood to the Douglas Nature Preserve on the cliffs was perfect. It helped that we could see Anacapa, Santa Rosa, Santa Cruz and even San Miguel Island on our three extremely clear days. Views of the ocean were minimal from the house but the sun reflecting on the hillside was wonderful. Like most of Santa Barbara after 4 years of drought the lawns and plants are thirsty for a good rainstorm. We played bocce and enjoyed the hot tub. Nearby Lazy Acres Market was full of tasty food options. Thank you for having this family lodging option in Santa Barbara."
