Family Reunion Weekend
"Sunny, thank you for a wonderful and comfortable home to have our family reunion! We enjoyed being close to the harbor, the beach, golf, grocery store and our favorite sushi place Teri Sushi! We enjoyed going out Friday night and staying at the house to BBQ some fresh Salmon, tritip, and veggies Saturday night. The house was clean, stylish, well equipped and fit all our needs. Parking was easy and the neighbors were so friendly. We will look forward to staying here again. Thanks again, Vicki"

"My wife and I rented Little Palm Cottage for a week while exploring Santa Barbara. We loved how clean, pretty and comfortable it was. Light and bright with big windows and glass doors on two sides. It's small but feels very spacious. Comfortable furniture. A real kitchen that is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and dishes. We made breakfast every morning and ate on the back deck under the umbrella table, enjoying the tropical plants and hummingbirds.
The place seems to have been renovated recently and they did a top-notch job... it has the charm of an older home but feels almost new. Perfectly clean inside and out. The neighborhood is quiet (except for the next-door neighbor's wind chimes...grrr) and feels very safe. Easy five-minute walk to the park that overlooks the ocean, and a 15-minute walk on the park pathway down to the wharf area. Highly recommended.

"My first experience with VRBO worked out very well. Stuart was helpful with information on bike routes and beach access for our group of three bicyclists escaping winter in Washington. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and private. While listed as sleeping three, the fold out chair is really only appropriate for a child. Our third adult found the sofa more to his liking. The location was great for a quick walk to the ocean for whale watching or traffic safe starts for bike rides without a car."

A great home with great views of the harbor and ocean
"This was our second visit to Santa Barbara, and we knew the area where the home is located, so our expectations were high. When we entered the house and walked through to the porch overlooking the ocean, I realized that we were going to have a wonderful time living there again. It is hard to overstate the pleasure we got just from looking at the ocean - from the porch, from the living room, from the dining room. But we also got great pleasure from the wonderful cooking areas, both inside and in the outside area. We had many memorable meals with friends in Santa Barbara. The small yard is beautifully planted and maintained. The home is minutes from the harbor, Shoreline Drive Park, the Douglas Preserve, and Hendry's beach. We walked in one of these at sunset almost every day. We also took advantage of the nearby harbor to take several sailboat trips to watch the sea life in the channel. We also discovered that we were only a short drive away from some great hikes in the foothills of Santa Barbara. Our months living in this home were wonderful. Living there exceeded our very high expectations."
