The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We had a delightful stay at this vacation rental....2 adults and 2 children. The cottage's decor was eclectic and whimsical. The bed was comfortable and the inflatable bed that we found in the closet worked very well for the kids. We didn't need to use the couch that also makes a bed. We grilled on the patio 2 nights and went out to pizza on another. The purpose of our trip was so that our granddaughter could visit the mission for her 4th grade report. The cottage is just a short drive to beautiful Mission Santa Barbara and the downtown area. The staircase down to the beach is literally around the corner. Yes, the steps are steep, but well worth the walk to put your toes in the water and to watch the surfers. I knew that the kitchen didn't have a stovetop so I came prepared with a large electric skillet, but we didn't use it because there there was one at the house. There is also a countertop oven and a 14 cup coffee pot. :-) This house was equipped with everything that we needed and more. Dinner on the garden patio with the little water fountain was so relaxing and the jetted tub was a treat in the evening! We will definitely return for another Santa Barbara adventure!"

"We had a great extended weekend at this Santa Barbara rental home. The pictures do not do the house justice; everything is nicer in person. The house has everything you need -- soap, shampoo, ample linens, paper towels, laundry detergent, beach equipment and towels, games, books, puzzles -- and then there's the backyard with a built-in barbecue, outdoor shower (great for washing the sand off after the beach!), and a luxurious in-ground spa. The location is good also; we were able to walk to Hendry's Beach and the Boathouse restaurant. It's about a mile down the road from a strip mall that has a grocery store (Albertson's), a bagel shop, and a few other eateries, and it's a quick drive to downtown Santa Barbara. The owners are easy to work with and the security deposit was promptly refunded via PayPal which worked much better than waiting weeks for a check like with most properties. We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay with all the wonderful accommodations, wonderful back deck with comfortable seating and beautiful view. It was perfect as the adults were happy to just hang out at the house and our teenagers could do all the things they enjoyed too. There was nothing we wished we had while cooking. Everything was organized and clean. Hope we can come again."

"We stayed 10 days starting Easter Sunday and found the house to be well appointed, large with great neighbours on a quiet street close to the beach. It helped to have bring a stroller for the toddler for longer walks. We had a great time and really enjoyed the homey feel of the house. Dana is a great owner, she responds quickly and is very friendly. There is lots of space to spread out even when the kids were sleeping. If we get back to SB, and I hope we do, we will book this spot again."
