Very interesting cottage
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
This cottage was decorated in a very interest style that made it feel cozy. Loved the patio and fish pond. Didn't find the beach till the last day but wish I had spent more time there."

"Loved the neighborhood, loved the patio and the living space, loved the proximity to the beach and hiking trails, loved the hosts, and loved Santa Barbara! Very convenient and easy place to stay within walking distance to some great restaurants and markets. Hot tub in the private patio was a bonus. The beach was beautiful and a short walk away. Very quiet and safe neighborhood... mostly kick-back kind of locals and families. Hosts are very knowledgable about the area... ask them about good hiking trails... We will most definitely be back!"

"This house is very well appointed, and well set up with quality furnishings, appliances, linens, and other supplies. The owner and manager truly care that you have a top notch experience when you stay in this home, and it shows.
Jill is a wonderful and very responsive and reasonable manager - my wife wrote some follow up detail questions to her the day before we left to figure if we needed to pack a few additional things and received a quick response.
The house is very well taken care of - although pets are allowed, it is kept immaculate, and our furry fellow was well behaved and enjoyed the space. Kitchen is beautiful with great amenities including a wine cooler. Spectacular bathrooms, plenty of good linens, and bath supplies. Beds are exceptional but they are high. Keep that in mind if you want to bring kids or elderly as that might not suit them well.
Speaking of height, also n.b. that the ceiling fans can seem a bit low. I know this sounds nitpicky but, if you're a tall person and the fans are running, just watch out before you stick your arms up.
The yards are immaculate, and great quality patio furniture and we loved the outdoor shower before coming in from the beach - a great way to keep sand out of the house.
Location is great. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with a nice mix of older and newer homes - this one is clearly newer. Short walk to the beach, dog park, downhill to the larger beach, and a 5 minute drive to downtown. What more could we ask?
Local recommendation: Breakfast at Hendry's Boathouse (5 minutes away down cliff drive, away from DT) is a great place to start your morning."
