"We stayed with another couple for three nights and had a Great time! Once we parked the cars on the street and unloaded them. We didn't use them again untill we left! We walked or used Über most of the time, we did ride the bikes to the harbor on Saturday morning and picked up 4 nice live crabs from the fishermen on the dock for $20 and made a nice lunch from them😀 it was quiet and peaceful at night with the windows left open.(no air conditioning, but totally comfortable with the windows open. Reasonably well stocked, though there is no microwave. We managed just fine though. With two couples we would have liked another bathroom (it is a Jack and Jill style) but it worked out. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and we would definitely consider it again next time we are staying in Santa Barbara!"

"We were two scientists visiting the KITP and found this great little house. It was only 10min drive or 25min by bus to the university and close to downtown Santa Barbara. The house itself is really nice and we specially enjoyed the yard with the lemon trees! I also enjoyed waking up with the little birds. Unfortunately, because we were working too hard I couldn't enjoy the hot tub, hopefully next time... Dominique was also a great caring host giving us great tips for restaurants and places to visit, and taking care of request very rapidly. We also enjoyed breakfast a few times with her. We have already come twice to the yellow house and if I come back to Santa Barbara I will definitely rent it again! Thank you so much Dominique :)"

"We had a lovely stay in this home while visiting family in the SB area. The home was clean, well equipped, exactly as pictured in terms of the interior, and above what we expected in terms of the lovely fenced garden!
The fence and hedges provide excellent privacy while also allowing light through and not feeling too isolated.
Was too chilly to bbq outside but we made 2 big dinners and one brunch in the kitchen, I found everything I needed and we were very comfortable cooking, eating and hanging out inside this house. (some rentals are too small or not comfortable in terms of seating, etc)
The location was absolutely perfect for us, easy walk to coffee and breakfast and state street. Even my in-laws in their late 70s loved the 15 minute walk to State street shopping and dining.
My communications with the manager were prompt, clear and friendly.
We'll certainly be hoping to stay at this property again on future visits to the area."

"Just returned from a terrific weekend in Santa Barbara. Our accommodations were perfect for my 2 adult children, their spouses and me. Karen and Cliff are great hosts! The townhouse was comfortable, inviting with enough room for the 5 of us to have our own space. We were here for the Fiesta and found ourselves only 3 blocks from the parade as well as many sights and venues. There is a market only a couple of blocks away as well as a trolley that takes you right to the waterfront. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again!"
