  • 4 star place at motel 6 price

"Great value for the money. Clean and quiet. Chris (the host) is very friendly and very helpful. Rooms/bathrooms have everything (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cups, good quality toilet paper, etc, etc. No kitchen, no kitchen sink so either bring microwave ready food and disposable paper plates or eat in the city. Two very adorable, super friendly dogs. No cleaning fee (huge plus!) In summary, the best value in Santa Barbara area."

  • 100% Excellent

"This home and property are breathtaking. When my family arrived, including grandparents, parents, teenagers, and toddlers, we were all overwhelmed with the beauty of the property and spaciousness of the home. All our plans to spend time in Santa Barbarba vanished when we realized we never wanted to leave this home! We did go to two lovely beaches, Hendrys and Santa Claus at Lisa's suggestion, but couldn't wait to return "home" to sit by the fire, get into the hot tub, play basketball, table tennis, Bocci Ball, and frisbee golf! The best part was, all these activities were on different gorgeously landscaped levels so families could choose to have their space or hang out together. All appliances in the house were modern, up to date, spotless, and uncomplicated. Lisa provided everything from spices & coffee in the kitchen to anything one would need in the bathrooms...including the best memory foam bathmats! The beds were so comfortable and every room had it's own private exit, sitting area, and breathtaking view. I can't say enough positive about this place. Also, a shout out to Lisa for being so accessible, even while she was on vacation with her family. Perfection!"

  • Awesome property

"Beautiful, large and well maintained home with excellent views! Our extended family spent four days at the Villa celebrating Christmas and couldn't have asked for anything better. We rent large Villa's every few years and this was by far the best. Lots of room for the kids to play and have fun and they certainly did using the game room, movie theatre, pool and spa. The adults played bocce ball on the grass area, cards on one of the outside tables and just hung out relaxing. It helped the weather was great. The Villa has a very Tuscany feel to it. We all were very impressed and will definitely be back!"

  • WONDERFUL RELAXING VACATION

"Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. It is everything the owner says it is and Karen was MORE than helpful in making our stay possible. my brother-in-law became a quadraplegic last November and with that came some challenges to take our once a year family vacation (we needed a hospital bed and a hoist). Karen made it as easy as possible for us to make it work under our new circumstances. There were 13-14 of us at the house and my brother-in law was able to participate no matter where we were. We brought a ramp for the front door and with the use of some 2 x 4's we were able to make it relatively easy for him to get everywhere we were in the house or on the deck. Karen we really appreciate you and your beautiful home. Thank you for making it possible to have our family get together and give everyone some much needed relaxation. I highly recommend this house... the kitchen is my dream kitchen."
