"Well, I probably could ask for more: a hot tub, sauna, and an unlimited supply of time and money, but that may be expecting too much. It's right down the street from the beach, has a beautiful lagoon nearby. Good pizza, Hawaiian plate lunch, breakfast, sushi and Mexican is all an extremely short bike ride away (also within walking, skating distance). A little farther will get you to downtown and/or the Boardwalk. Despite this, it's a quiet well-kept neighborhood just tucked away from the wee bit of hubbub Santa Cruz has. Wonderful kitchen, great beds, spacious showers, and a remarkable backyard perfect to relax in. Plus there's bikes, boogie boards, a surfboard, etc. in the garage. And the concrete floors keep the house nice and cool on hot days. If you're looking for adventure or sightseeing, it's all within reach (kind of true of anywhere in SC, though, but being by the coast is probably preferable!). There is no downside here, except if you don't feel comfortable climbing stairs, as that's where the bedrooms are."
