  • Wedding weekend

"We all came into town for our friend's wedding. The house had plenty of parking (we had 3 cars) space both in the driveway near the house and on the street. Nice appliances and decor through out house. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets etc. The patio had plenty of space and a nice ocean view! Loved the property!"

  • Perfect week in Paso

"Spent the week in Paso in a wonderful upstairs condo. The unit was super clean, functional, spacious and had easy access to all the downtown restaurants. We look forward to returning as we really enjoyed our home away from home."

  • Most amazing place we have ever stayed

"We stayed here in July 2014. This home is located within steps of the ocean, and a short walk or bike ride to great dining and shopping. It sits in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with an abundance of old shade trees. The home is great for large families and offers a very cool old bunk bed for the kids, oh and one of the greatest showers you will ever use. There’s a full size pool table in the game room, music everywhere and a beautiful gourmet kitchen that opens up to the best part of this house….the backyard. The most beautiful and spacious back yard we have ever seen. Unobstructed panoramic mountain and ocean views from every angle. It’s like your own personal botanical garden. Tons of room for backyard fun too. Toss the football or Frisbee and play a great game of hide n seek with the kids. There’s also a giant fire pit area that inspires star gazing and s’mores. Complete privacy. This home also provides plenty of bikes. Carpinteria is a bike friendly town, and that is the preferred mode of transportation. Plenty of parking at the house and the house comes equipped with everything you need (like washer and dryer, hair dryer, coffee maker, etc). Santa Barbara is just a quick drive away with so many options of things to do up in Northern California and it is so beautiful. We are definitely coming back."

  • Retirement Party

"My father wanted to celebrate his retirement in Carmel with his wife, three children and each of his children's young families. The Aloha Estate could not have been a better choice. The home is beautiful, elegantly furnished and well-located (on a private street about 10 minutes walking into town). Each family had plenty of private space. Because of our small children, we celebrated at the house, hiring a private chef who had been there before. It was a special evening and an ideal venue for our group. I would recommend this place to others."
