"Spacious downstairs apartment. Views are absolutely stunning of vineyards and rolling hills. Very dog-friendly. The barn has a great pool table, ping pong table, dart board, big screen TV, cool bar with pennies inlaid for the top. We love the Tempurpedic bed! We ate at AJ Spurs in Templeton. We went to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve in Cambria for a walk along the bluffs and saw seals. The scenery in Cambria reminded us of Hawaii. Awesome place all around! We would definitely stay here again."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Pros: Fantastic sunsets, peaceful, spacious and relaxing. Cons: Sauna had several dead bugs, so we didn't use it, found broken glass outside, and the house looks luxurious, but the showers were incredibly humble."

"We rented the Lupine Guest House for a couples weekend while we attended the Paella Festival and toured the local vineyards and brew pubs. This place is huge- we could have gone the whole weekend without seeing each other! The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house with a sitting area on one side with the kitchen and a living room on the other side of the house that could be used as a large bedroom for families with kids. We spent most of our time on the porch & patio enjoying the views and playing bocci ball on the court out back. There are great trails to walk on this expansive property and an oak covered hill behind the house (great hike to view the sunset). There are 6 nosey neighbors(horses) that occasionally stop by. Hey- No TV! Makes you talk to each other...What a concept! We will definitely come back."

"A group of us stayed at the Venteux guest house for 2 nights in March 2015. The house was absolutely beautiful. It had ALL the amenities needed for a stress free stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was amazing. It was nice to come back to such a beautiful place after a day of wine tasting. The grounds were very quiet and it looks like vineyards will be planted around the house, which will make for a beautiful scenery. I would definitely recommened staying here. And plan to stay here again next year."
