  • Clean and affordable!

"My husband and I stayed at this property as we were passing through on our drive along the PCH. The property was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. It is located outside of Santa Barbara, but that was ok with us. The price is excellent compared to what you would pay for a hotel in downtown SB and its located in a nice neighborhood and was very clean. What more can you ask for. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by the property owner who suggested a few places within walking distance to grab dinner, which worked out great. All and all, we would definitely recommend this property."

  • Stunning view with a secluded feel

"A big thank you to Charlie and Pat for sharing their beautiful property with us over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked which is especially nice if you do a lot of cooking as we did. The little extra food gifts they left for us were such a nice touch and very welcome. The property is very quiet and while you are so close to all activities (the Coronado butterfly preserve was so interesting) the feel is very secluded. The view is fabulous. The deposit was returned promptly the next day. We would definitely recommend this property."

  • Turned what could have been a disaster into a great vacation

"My daughter and I always run the Wharf to Wharf race and this year we decided to rent a house and stay a week. Two weeks prior to the event, the original rental cancelled on us. This event sells out so when the renter cancelled, we thought we were out of luck. Started searching for a replacement and found this property and it was available. Thought there must be something wrong with it since it hadn't been rented. What a surprise when we arrived and found a wonderful house, well stocked, comfortable, close to the beach and the race course so family and friends could come out and cheer us on. We had 2 toddlers with us and they had a ball. The backyard was just the right size for them and they enjoyed the roof top hot tube (as did we all). We all had a fabulous time. Would recommend this house."

  • It's a Gem in SLO!

"Beautiful, spacious and clean! Kitchen has everything you need. We had a wonderful family gathering and everybody loved it. Owners were delightful, as mentioned by other reviewers Stefanie was quick to respond to any questions. Photos are precise representation of the space. It is large, sunny and beautifully appointed. It is conveniently located with grocery stores and Starbucks across the street. Only caution would be it is a commercial area and not ideal for those looking to sleep late in the morning, which was not a concern for us. If you're interested in beach trips it's only a 8 minute ride to Avila Beach! Lovely views from living room of the trees and hills."
