  • Great location near one of the most quaint cities in our country

"This cozy cottage was a short walk to downtown Carmel and maybe 15 minutes to the beach. I loved the easy access to almost everything I wanted to do. The cottage was nicely decorated and had a very nice private backyard to enjoy. The property manager was very helpful when I had a question that needed her assistance. My vacation in Carmel was one of my all time favorites."

  • SoCal Gaucho Parents

"We had a great time in the East Beach back cottage! We enjoyed our Thanksgiving there with our UCSB student, so it made it very convenient to spend time with her, since she was unable come home this holiday. So the cottage was our home away from home for the week. It was very comfortable, and we have already recommended it to a couple of relatives who, like us, love Santa Barbara. We really enjoyed the location, and are now missing that great view, our daily walks on Cabrillo and our visits to the Tri-County Produce market (nice local wines)! The yard was very comfortable and sunny, and we were fortunate to get excellent weather. We thought the cottage was very well decorated and liked the paint colors and artwork. We were pleased to see that it really looked just like the pictures on the internet! The location is excellent. Close enough to everything, and plenty of street parking (no permits needed). We even took a short walk to visit the zoo and check out the new baby giraffe. We walked about a mile to Stearns Wharf for dinner, and the East Beach Grill is literally a five minute walk from the cottage. If you enjoy walking, biking or running on the path next to the beach, this location is PERFECT! A great place to stay! The East Beach Cottage is a real gem in Santa Barbara!"

""The Shack" was awesome, we had a great stay. Lots of room and great view of the ocean on one side of the house and the hillside on the other. Would definitely recommend "The Shack""
