  • Amazing place with HUGE backyard

"I stayed here with some friends and had an excellent experience! Checking in and gaining access to the rental was a breeze, and there were even some welcome amenities provided for us like a bottle of wine and some fruit. Rebecca is extremely easy to get a hold of and is very responsive to all your needs. The rental is fully equipped with everything you could ever need: fully stocked kitchen for cooking, a large selection of games (including video games), and lots and lots of towels. The best part for us was the expansive backyard that has a hammock, multiple swings, rope swings, and even a tether ball and zip line! The property is also in a great location that is close to the beach and downtown State street. We took Uber and Lyft to get to State St. in the evening where all the bars are for about $10. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be recommending it to all my friends and family. Enjoy your stay!"

  • Wonderful stay in Carmel!

"Lydia was very welcoming and helpful…and her attention to detail in decor and amenities tremendous. Her studio/one bedroom flat was comfortable, clean, stylish and roomy. We walked to town and enjoyed the exercise going through the neighborhoods admiring all of the charm Carmel has to offer…thank you!"

  • VERY VERY VERY NICE

"Very comfortable house with all the amenities! Loved the deck watching otters, pelicans and other wildlife. Very relaxing atmosphere. Nice location close to Cayucos downtown. We loved it and so did our kids who came in from LA. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Great stay!

"We had a great experience here. The room was large and comfortable for my family of four (two small children ages 3 and 4 months). The grounds were beautiful and we had a spacious lawn and patio area accessible right outside our door. We are very glad we stayed here instead of at a hotel. There was a small kitchen so we we were able to do light breakfasts at home. Also, Erik was super friendly and helpful. He brought us a fan in case we got hot and also mailed back a baby blanket I had left in the room. We highly recommend this VRBO."
