"Four of us stayed in the house for 5 nights and totally enjoyed the place. The beds and furniture are great and newer. Even though the house is close to town it is not a very nice walk. The owner was very nice to work with and quickly got our deposit back to us after our stay. This is a small item but the kitchen could use a bigger frying pan. We only cooked breakfast at the house but it was a pain with just a very small pan. Of course I was the cook :)"Guest: Explorer Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: February 24, 2014View listing
"We had the opportunity to stay at Casa Rancho Borrego during the month of May. Mild mornings, very hot days (countered with many refreshing dips in the pool), turning into cool clear evenings. We were here with the full moon casting its light on the desert giving us another perspective of this beautiful oasis. We could echo every review listed here as the owner’s were very accommodating and the property and surroundings were world class. We had a truly spectacular experience."Guest: Jill and Brian Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 28, 2014View listing
"My husband and I live in LA and love going to Borrego Springs. We usually stay at the Borrego Valley Inn but decided to try a VRBO on this trip. We liked the look of this Casita on line and were not at all disappointed! This is a tastefully decorated and well-maintained condo. The AC kept the unit cool - which was important as the days were quite hot! The property was stocked with everything you need for a very relaxing weekend (or longer) get away. We enjoyed our morning walks around the community. We don’t play golf, but I could tell the newly renovated course is going to be really nice when it opens. We had a fabulous dinner one evening at the country club. My favorite part of the weekend was enjoying a bottle of wine from the second floor balcony and gazing at the stars. This casita is located on the edge of the cluster of casitas and so there is no obstruction of the view over the expansive desert. Community pool also very nice! Owners are very nice and easy to work with."Guest: Judy H. Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 3, 2014View listing
"I rented this home for three nights. It is away from town, but in a most beautiful gated community. Except for coyotes, very quiet and peaceful. Great views and morning sunrises. House is really nice and very comfortable. Felt very secure. Loved to sit out in patio and enjoy views of a waterfall below and hills nearer to town. Owner was very accommodating and extremely responsive to text or emails. I really enjoyed my stay."Guest: Melody J. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 6, 2014View listing
