  • New Year's Eve

"We had a great time staying at this house for New Year's Eve. The house was very comfortable for seven adults, with plenty of dining space and a big couch in the living room. The pool and hot tub are just across the street, and heated in the winter. We cooked all of our meals at the house, and the kitchen is well-stocked and has updated appliances. The location is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants, and we went for an awesome hike at the nearby La Quinta Cove trails. The property manager, Steve, was responsive to all of our questions (you can reach him by phone and text), and helped us with things like locating the golf cart keys or an extension cord even late at night."

  • Excellent Condo on PGA West Arnold Palmer Course

"We had a great trip to Palm Springs staying at this condo for 4 nights. My wife and I traveled with another couple to do some golfing in the area and found this fantastic condo on VRBO. It sits right on a pond and the 7th fairway of the Palmer course which hosts the final 2 rounds of the Humana PGA tournament each year. It was so beautiful sitting out on the patio with a cup of coffee in the morning and watching the golfers come by. The owner, Christine, was fantastic to work with. She was very prepared and sent several e-mails prior to our arrival to assure us that everything was all set. Once we arrived, there was a bottle of wine waiting for us and the condo was everything we expected. Well decorated and well maintained. This was a place that I could have stayed for several months and would have been very comfortable there. The master bathroom was large and spacious and the whole condo had plenty of room for the four of us. We golfed all 3 of the PGA West courses while we were there. The Stadium course was fantastic as was the Nicklaus course and Norman Course. The Norman course a true desert course, so if you are not hitting straight it can really get you. The desert is very dense there and you rarely found your ball. All in all it was a fantastic trip and we can't wait to go back. I will definitely call Christine again next time we are in the area and stay there again. Thanks again everything."

  • A Fantastic Home away from Home!

"WOW! That was our very first reaction when entering this beautiful house for the first time. It was designer perfect, with the furnishings and accessories done by a talented decorator. The floor plan is very comfortable and it flows well from the central living and dining area to the bedrooms and the outside patio and pool. The owners of this home have thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with everything one could wish for, from beautiful and modern appliances to the finest in dishes, glassware and cooking and baking utensils. Cooking in this kitchen was a delight! Even the pantry was stocked with spices and such. There is a washer and dryer, and the house is equipped with WI FI, cable and five large-screened TVs, plus a golf cart and two bikes. We felt like royalty in the huge master’s suite because it is so sumptuous. The bedroom looks out to the lovely backyard and pool and has a very comfortable bed to offer a great nights sleep. The adjoining bath and dressing room had a large supply of quality bath towels and the owners even stocked the bathrooms with extra soaps, toothbrushes and toothpaste in case we had forgotten ours. The walk-in shower was delightful and had a strong water stream that we enjoyed. There are two other bedrooms in the house and each is very nicely decorated with comfortable beds and up-scale bedding. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom which is similarly decorated and supplied like the rest of the house. There is plenty of privacy to be had using any of the bedrooms, as each seems isolated and private. We’ve yet to mention the place where we had the most fun here: that is the large patio that has a fireplace, comfortable patio and pool furnishings that included seating areas and a table and chairs with a glass fire feature in the center of the table that looks very exotic at night. The patio area has automatic retracting awnings to provide respite from the desert sun, if needed. The pool was our favorite part. It’s beautiful to look at but more exciting to be in. It’s a modified kidney-shape with a wonderful short wall behind it that serves as a long horizontal water fall. The shallow beach-like shelf at one end of the pool is pleasant to lounge on. While using the pool and patio we enjoyed the fabulous view of the golf course just behind the pool area and the magnificent Santa Rosa Mountains. We have already reserved for October, (3rd visit)!"
