Recent Palm Springs, Central property reviews

  • Great Location

"We could not have had a better location from which to enjoy Palm Springs. The description and photos of the condo were very accurate. The unit was ideally situated within easy walking distance to the downtown shops, museum, coffee shops and restaurants. Golf courses and hiking trails were all a short drive away. The complex is quiet, very friendly, with beautifully manicured grounds and 3 lovely pools, tennis courts, and a small gym. The condo itself was immaculate and very well appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen, and lots of towels. The patio area is very private and shaded. The owner was very friendly and always available to answer any questions. We were sad to leave after our month's stay and would definitely recommend this property. We will be back next year."

  • Best home in town in best neighborhood

"We have been renting properties in Palm Springs for years now. We have a beautiful home at the beach in Laguna Beach so our standards are pretty high. We love coming back again and again to this property. Highly recommended!"

  • Friends get away

"My husband, my self and 3 other couples rented this house for a 50th birthday party trip. They layout was fantastic. We really enjoyed having our own space. We were in one of the casitas (the one with the private bathroom). We ended up doing some bedding switching as my husband can't do down or feathers due to allergies, but were able to find bedding that suited us. The kitchen was very well equipped. We really appreciated the plastic dishware so we could eat outside, which we did often. I know that they are just finishing up with reno's but there are a few details that need to be worked on. Hangers - there were along about 10 in the whole house. We had to go out and buy our own so there should be lots now. However, in our casita, there was no rod in the closet, so we couldn't hand anything anyway. That meant that there really wasn't any place to put clothes. I hate living out of a suitcase, so this was annoying to me. Also, there is no place to hang towels (no hooks or bars) in the bathroom. Didn't check the other rooms, so this might have just been an issue in our room. Also the number of towels and lack of tissues was an issue. There also seemed to be a large disconnect between our agreement with the owner and the information that the rental company had (ie. pool heating, check out time). I understand that communication with the owner (which is how we started) was great. Having spoken to the rental company, we found them not very helpful. When we pointed out the lack of hangers, they claimed that it really wasn't their problem. It also took some convincing to get them to understand that we had paid to have the pool heated. However, they did come out to the house to fix out wifi issues after a day. We really did have a great time and would definitely recommend this property. Would love to come back again."

Nature Lovers Will Definitely Enjoy Palm Springs

From your Biarratz condo rentals location, you'll be close to the joys of nature. Within minutes, you can be immersed in the beauty of the Indian Canyons of Joshua Tree National Park. If you'd like to take a literal walk on the wild-side, make a visit to the Living Desert with its live African animal exhibits and beautiful desert botanical exhibits. If plants are your thing, continue your trip with a visit to Moorten Botanical Gardens to view their 3,000 examples of desert cacti and plants. They have desert plants from around the world in addition to ones that are native to the Palm Springs area. After a visit, you can walk around the Biarritz vacation homes to see if you can find any in the yard.
