"You absolutely can't beat the location, we happen to be into walking so rarely used our car the whole time we were there. Great hiking is just a short walk away, town is just a few blocks and if you're into gambling the casino is less than a mile. Neighbors are great and yes I would stay here again. Living room, Bedroom and Bath area was very spacious...Kitchen very small but all worked out well."

  • Great Condo, Great Location

"Awesome property. Lovely views of palms and mountains. Condo very urban and funky. 5 minutes from main street. Loved the pool, we were the only to use it the entire week and felt as if we had our own private hide away. Will always stay here when going to Palm Springs."

  • Wonderful house, centrally located

"We stayed at the butterfly house during the Tour de Palm Springs annual bike ride. Our group was four couples and three children. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. It came with a pack-and-play and high-chair, which is always appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked and beautifully designed. We stayed in the back casita, which was luxurious and felt like a suite during our honeymoon. The big garage was especially nice for our bikes and gear in preparation for the ride. The location is walkable to all the stores and restaurants you could want, so we took numerous strolls into town without having to use our cars. We would highly recommend the house to anyone interested in having a relaxing weekend in PS. The only downsides were the landscapers, pool workers and housecleaners- they all came during our stay and were a bit disruptive. The landscapers used loud machines in the middle of the day, which affected our pool experience for about 2 hours on Friday. Then, the pool lady came the same day and told us we needed to leave the pool while she worked. The housecleaners came at 9:30am on our last day- an hour before we were supposed to be gone. This impacted our ability to have a relaxing check-out. These are just things that could likely be worked out with some better pre-scheduling. All and all, we had a fantastic time and loved the house!"

  • Best Location in Town

"If you need a one bedroom and want a great semi private romantic escape, this is the condo to rent. Well appointed, modern with a taste of old Palm Springs. The pictures reflect the rental and the location is very hard to beat. Add an owner (Lisa Salt) that is very easy to work with and always gets back to you in a timely manner... I would give this rental a five star rating!"
