  • Fabulous!

"Location was perfect for easy walking. We had six people for a week and just the two of us for the second week. Worked perfectly for both scenarios. Followed recommended restaurants by owner, film festival in town, best neighborhood and will be back. Owner met us to show us the ropes. Kitchen was equipped and outdoor space couldn't have been improved on."

  • Terrific home in great location

"My husband and I stayed at this home for our anniversary in late June. The home was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the location was ideal. It is located in a very posh neighborhood with many former celebrity homes within walking distance, and sits on the last road before the mountains -- so the views from both inside and outside the home are picturesque. The home was very well appointed - everything you could need was there and in good shape (I only wish that their sound system had worked with iPhone Lightning adapters). The place was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. The yard was spacious, gorgeous and walled off for privacy -- there were many thoughtfully planned areas to sit outside and enjoy the sun or shade. We were concerned that the heat would make being outside unbearable, but we found it was totally fine to be poolside even with temps well above 100 degrees. Bob the property manager was nice, unobtrusive and helpful. We did have some issues with a very large party staying in the home next door and making excessive noise during the day time. Bob did all he could to contact the management company for that property to try to rectify the issue. The home is a walkable distance to downtown -- about 20 minutes. There is also a very cute coffee shop (Koffi) and many design district shops that are more like a 15 minute walk. If we were staying in-season (when the bike rental shops are open), we would have definitely rented bikes as well as a car just to make a quick trip into town more enjoyable. Overall, a super lovely home. We would definitely stay again or recommend to friends or family."

  • GREAT for families with young kids! Will exceed your expectations!

"Our vacation was fabulous! This house is well equipped, well maintained, clean and comes with a thorough house manual. We're always suspicious about renting a house. This house will far exceed your expectations. We traveled with another family and it worked out perfectly. Definitely enough space for 4 young kids and 4 adults. Love that there was plenty of space indoors and outdoors right at the house to keep everyone happy. Husbands enjoyed controlling the music, lights, pool & spa temp right from their phones and working the BBQ grill. Kids looked forward to the fire-pit to make smores every night after a full day in the pool. Moms enjoyed the Vitamix for happy hour all day long and for a house with NO stairs to worry about with the kids! And, the AC works great for those hot Palm Springs days. The owners and property manager were always helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation creating awesome family memories that we will all cherish!"

  • Great place to stay, for early risers.

"My friends and I rented this house for this past 4th of July weekend. We all had a great time! The house was very clean and as pictured on the website. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare some great meals. Oddly the knobs on the BBQ are not labeled so it was hard to find the right temp, but that's a small detail. The grill has been converted from propane to natural gas, which I prefer. The beds were all confortable. Everyone I talked to at the management company was very polite & responsive. The rest of our group would have given this house a enthusiastic 5 stars, but unfortunately for my boyfriend and I we were staying in the master bedroom. The bed was great, but the bedroom faces east and the windows above the sliding door did not have any shades on them. Shortly after sunrise the sun came beaming into the room and to make it worse the sun reflected off the glass on the giant picture on the opposite wall and shined the light directly down on the bed. Fortunately this should be an easy fix, and I hope they do it soon. We'd love to come back! Also worth noting, every other room and black out shades and the A/C worked great!"
