"We had a wonderful 10 day stay in Palm Springs and the Hot Tin Roof house is just as it's advertised. All you need is a toothbrush. The house was wonderful and the pool spa and backyard are very private."

"We just finished a weeks stay at this very cool and well equipped home and I can tell you the pictures don't lie! Lindy has decorated this home to fit the architecture and, walking around the house, you fully expect to bump into Dinah Shore or Bob Hope. Remember "Bachelor in Paradise"? I'm almost positive this house is just two doors down from that movie!... and then there is the salt water pool positioned in a grove of fruit and palm trees adjacent to a comfortable patio and covered outdoor enclave. Our three kids (ages 7 to 13) loved this pool oasis and, the only thing that could tear us away from this little paradise was tennis and the nearby restaurants along Palm Canyon Drive. Lindy is first rate when it comes to VRBO owners. She was super responsive from initial contact/inquiry, throughout our stay and with follow-up after our departure. Simply a top notch experience! In conclusion, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and I suspect we will be doing an encore stay in the future."

"We came from France to spend holidays in the "Nici's Pool House" and it was un unforgettable experience : everything is perfect, nothing misses, it's a real paradise !
In first the swimming pool : fabulous, big and wide, very deep in one part (you can even make dives as Esther Williams !) and well warmed (32°c : don't forget to put on every evening the cover of protection on the pool to keep this good heat !)
The house is very well ordered. It's a real "mid-century" with a beautiful polished concrete ground and nice colors tendencies on walls (orange, turquoise, grey, white). The kitchen is very well equipped : graphic dishes, a lot of glasses, all that is necessary to cook well. You really feel like "at home" ! The main bedroom is spacious (king size bed very confortable) and has a beautiful adjacent bathroom (with an attractive piece of furniture under bowl). There is also 2 others bedrooms and an other bathroom. The decoration is of very good taste : nice photos in black and white (The Rat Pack, Marylin Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, James Dean...), a lot of advertisements from the 1960's, very interessing to look... Everything is harmony ans relaxed rythm of live !
We were very glad to have the chance to meet the owners, Berlynn and Bert, who are really both charming, with so much conviviality, humor and kindness. They give us information and precious indications as much onto the house as onto Palm Springs and the discovery of the country... and they bring us a big moral help when Paris was attacked last Friday, November 13th (and a real friendly support) !!... (Thank you so much one more time).
What to say more about this fabulous stay ? that it finished too quickly and that we wish to return as soon as possible in this haven of peace and harmony... (sorry, we don't speak very well English...)"
