"Our first vacation to Palm Springs was very relaxing. We found the condo to be super comfortable, extremely clean, and perfectly suited for all our needs. No detail was overlooked including real oil paintings, pillow top king bed and a well equipped kitchen. We like to cook and prefer to eat-in, so the chef in our family appreciated even the little things like sharp knives, fresh garlic, and the super deluxe gas grill at the pool. The assortment of guide books and restaurant recommendations were much appreciated. The location is close enough to walk downtown but far enough away to be super quiet and private. The reservation and booking process was extremely easy and convenient. We felt as though an old friend had welcomed us into their private home! We can't wait to return!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We had 7 adults and 3 kids (ages 1-5) stay for 3 nights at the California Ranch home. The home was large enough to accommodate all of us, but intimate enough for us to watch the kids and hang out in the large living room/kitchen. the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and the pool was just the right size for our group. We had a great family vacation and we would stay here again! Close proximity to the grocery store too!"

"We rented this home a few years back and thought it was wonderful. Having returned for another stay, I can say it has gone beyond wonderful to pure paradise. When I walked in I felt like I was in that travel commercial as it was just magical, stunning, and gorgeous. The owners take incredible care of this home. Little changes here and there just added to the enjoyment. Our favorite part of this home was being able to lay in the master bedroom and view the lights of the pool and the stunning backyard from the bed. Just a wonderful and tranquil way to fall asleep at night. The pool has been redone with new tile in what I think is an authentic 50s color palate--I am pretty sure the tile was much darker before and now it is bright and captures the mid century modern experience. Capturing a bit of desert life in the 1950s is what makes Palm Springs so much fun. There is just nothing missing with this home as the owners have thought of everything and were very responsive to questions I had on good restaurants. And the gift basket was a nice touch. Very thoughtful. We will be back again for sure on my next trip to Palm Springs. Just a great place!"

"Let me start by saying that my husband and I are very picky travelers, especially when it comes to the more tropical locations. We have rented houses in Hawaii, as well as the Caribbean, and we agreed that this one was the best rental we have ever selected. It's a completely private oasis. Everything in the house is clean, high quality, and well presented. The location is superb, as well. We were able to drive to downtown Palm Springs within 5 minutes, and one cloudy morning we strolled there in about 20 minutes. We will absolutely be back to this rental property on our next visit to Palm Springs. Thank you for sharing your amazing midcentury home with us, Barbara!"
