  • Lives up to it's name

"We enjoyed our four month stay at this well appointed home. It had all the features that anyone would ever need, plus all updated appliances. It was in a great area as it was far enough away from downtown, but yet close enough to walk to. We all enjoyed the wonderful pool and spa and of course the great weather. Marshall and Jeff were most accommodating whenever we had any questions or concerns."

  • Couples Getaway!

"What a great time! We had 4 couples, that came for a relaxing weekend of no plans other than to just hang out, many of us brought work and other things to do but not one of did it. The only reason this received a 4 star and not a 5 star was the following: Shower in hall bathroom (2 of the bedroom had to share this one) it was extremely small and did not have option to use bath as shower. It also took a very long time to get hot water start running. Now if you asked me if I would rent here again MOST DEFIANTLY. Read on! The moment we walked in you felt at home, very spacious with many features. Walking in the gates you are greeted to a zen like garden that gives you plenty of privacy with a beautiful shrub fence. Outdoor sitting was everywhere. Pool was just the right size, spa a little small for all 8 adults to fit so only about 6 comfortably fit. They had noodles and things to use in pool as well as plenty of beach towels and that was a big plus. Entering the house you are taken away with an amazing dining room table that had become the hub of stay here. It was an amazing piece of furniture. Fit all 8 of us and plenty of room for 4 more if needed. The house had a very large living room (only one TV but we never turned it on) we spent most of our time playing games and eating at the dining room table. The kitchen (very clean) that was well stocked with many of the things we needed to cook. They could add: rubber spatula and a griddle pan. Note: bring your own zip locks, foil, and napkins. Paper plates too if you don’t want to wash but we used what plates where provided and it was fine. Rooms where clean and conferrable, room to place cloths in closets and in drawers if that’s your thing. There were three rooms on one side (all w/European kings) and one (a queen) on the other side of the house. The master bedroom had a great closet; it was almost a bedroom itself. Note the beds are low to the floor but not too low. Back yard was like a place in itself it had a BBQ (gas) and plenty of sitting too along with lighting at night. Nick the manager was great, he asked us to call when we were about 30min out and he was there to greet us and show us around. They also provided a book that had a lot of info if we had a question and even gave information on some of the art pieces that the house had. We did need some help at one point, he responded very quickly and we were assisted. Thank you Nick! Over all if I could give the house a 4.5 stars I would have."

  • A lovely sojourn in the desert...a true Oasis

"We have stayed a the Oasis for a few years. It is a lovely resort and the grounds, pools and tennis courts are very well maintained. Bruce's condo was lovely. It was spacious (2 masters with en suite baths), well stocked, quiet, and clean. He has a big flat screen in the living area as well as flat screens in both BRs. Well-located near pools (plural) and tennis courts. Close to clubhouse. Plenty of towels, pool towels and kitchen supplies! Full sized, updated washer and dryer in unit! Bruce and his property manager, Thom, were so easy to deal with and very gracious. We would definitely stay here again (but, sadly, someone beat us to booking next year!). The sunny breakfast nook is lovely in the morning and it is always a tough call between there and the quiet, spacious patio for morning coffee! Highly recommend. My only (minor) suggestion would be that a screen be put on the slider door in the master on the patio side. Without a screen, there is no ventilation option in that room (as there are a few owners who have "outdoor" cats roaming the property and i wouldn't want one visiting unexpectedly at night). This is a great place to stay at the Oasis"
